Mate! You have saved me a fortune! Thanks for this video, I just recently been having problems with my airbag light staying on but haven't had a collision or anything but when I saw you looking in your fuse box and noticed you also had one of those fuse piggyback set ups installed I wondered if that's what could be causing my problems. Mine was installed for a dashcam and recently the dashcam has been intermittent in its operation but strangely enough that's when I've started getting the airbag light problem too, so I've removed it now and all my fuses seem ok, switched on my ignition and "YIPPEE " the light is now going out as it should! Thanks tons, if I hadn't seen your video I wouldn't have connected the 2 possible faults. In my case the piggyback device was the problem 👍👍👍😀
I'm going to check thank you I have a 2005 Buick LeSabre and the seat for the heat does not work I checked the fuse for that and it pays to be okay but the next time the red light stay on and I have to check to see if that's a fuse
Hey I've got a 02 Ranger I was installing LED dash light and when I put it together my airbag light hasn't worked I've check the bulbs and connection. It's setting a chime off ALL the time stops for about a minute then chimes again any ideas ?
our 07 GMC classic had the solid airbag/seat belt light on and the rear view mirror display was out that has the passenger presence and outside temp...only a blown fuse under the hood
hey man I'm going to look at an 01 3.0 4x4 ranger auto and knowing you have been a ranger man i thought id ask what major things i should look for? I've been a chevy guy for a few years so this is all new to me if you could help me out!
motomanjf Common problems with that year are the vacuum hubs not working and the timing chain cover gasket going bad. The gasket is not terribly difficult to replace but it will leak coolant if it's bad. The vacuum hubs can also be a pain, but if 4x4 isn't working that's the problem a lot of the time
It fixed it! My blower wasn't working and the airbag light was on. Blower works and the light is gone! The weird thing is the fuse wasn't even blown...
Hey Kyle, you need to do this 5 times: Turn car to acc on. As soon as the light goes off (starts to blink) turn car to off. Turn to acc on. Repeat. After the 5th time, let it blink. It'll blink once slowly, that's a 1. Then it will blink quicker, count the times. If it blinks 1 long blink, then 3 blinks, thats a code 13.
Need a little help I bought a project truck a few weeks ago an there was no fuse for the bag so the light is on and I don't know where to start with that
