Yes, the jet is designed to be able to continue a takeoff at MGTOW with one engine inoperative, but is limited to a certain altitude, above which it can no longer climb. So, the easy answer is "yes", but of course you would want to reference performance charts for the takeoff airport to make sure you can do it.
At video position 1:13 when he folds up the stairs, it looks like the lower stair ropes are in the way of closing the door on the sides...am I the only one to noticed this? Yet the door seemed to close OK. An illusion?
