Well... there's a few very minor differences between the Sovereign and the Latitude on the tail, namely in the fairings for the horizontal stabilizer and how you remove and install the elevators. But in terms of structure, yeah, it's pretty much identical, and for most pilots, they won't even really notice. Only the mechanics will.
