Great comparison video. Well done. I’ll happy with my AirPods Pro atm but this will come in useful if I decide to switch to headphones in the future.

I have both XM4 and APM. I first bought the XM4 since they are highly praised by famous youtubers but they didn’t really talked about the overall user experience. The XM4 is good after you tweak the eq but not all consumers know how to do that. Out of the box they sound bad. Bad in a sense that they are bass heavy. I love bass but only if the music that I’m listening to is intended to be bassy. When I got the APM it was good out of the box. And being in the ecosystem it is really good. I love that after I connect it to my iphone, it also connect to all my apple devices. I don’t mind it being heavy at all. I just love the way APM sounds to my ears. Although it is very expensive, the overall experience is really good so to me it kinda justifies the price.

My two cents: the moment I realized I made right choice going for the XM4s was when I connected the headphones to the console controller using the stereo jack, and enjoyed noise canceling when playing games, as well as superb sound quality. Try doing something like that with the Airpods Max…

You should check out the scullcandy crushers evos or anc, if its bass you're looking for those headphones blow every other pair of headphones out of the water, and they sound decent too

That winning is very personal taste, for my taste of music that doesn't involve too much on bass, like some classical instrumental stuff, I prefer the APM sound that is much cleaner, and even their bass, and instrument separation. 2nd thing is the build quality, everything on sony is like so loose compare to APM very sturdy tight build quality. Yes I have both in my house

Strange thing and I can't remember if this is normal. When I skip to a next track bij swiping to the right. It skips to the next track but also pauses it. So I have to double tap to play the song?????

Its obvious that somehow airpods max are better ( not everytime) becuz they are way more expensive, but could not be affordable for some guys, and in 349$, xm4's are oustanding and a MAJOR go!!

Solid comparison. The AirPods Max definitely sound nice and have a quality build with a terrific sound stage. However, I also think the Sony's take the W. The punchy base and ability to tune the sound make much of the difference. Not mentioning the obvious lower price and better carrying case..
