Let's be honest....you can use an ipad (any variant) "like a laptop" but you can never use it as a laptop. Apple can put in capable harware components but they will never sacrifice the sales of their true laptops. Apple would rather disappoint some consumers than disappoint their stockholders. But if they would (not likely, though) somehow combine the capabilities of the ipad and macs into one device....they could dominate the laptop, tablets and 2-in-1 segments and i have no doubt about that.
Apples m2 ipad can run RE4 and RE Village and that just shows how powerful it really is. It can run more Triple A titels if others devs and apple wants to do it.
I just got an ipad air and I find it pretty good. I am PhD student and I really enjoy the portability and the performance. But there are still some problems for me. Probably the biggest one is with MS word. It is really a shame that word on ipad is not full-fledged even tho I think that ipad is able to handle it. Really nice video by the way.
Until Apple finally decided to put macOS on iPad Pro, save yourself a lot of money and just get the MacBook Air. If you have to get an iPad because of the Pencil, the vanilla model and also the iPad Air can do the job just fine for a much cheaper price than the iPad Pro.
It will probably take 2 years at least for the ipad to start porting PC games into it. So far at least, resident evil Village and 4, death stranding, ex astris, are possible. All other games are just not that worth it, like gatcha games.
Very well said . I was almost worried that you would act like the ipad had enough games on there , but you were honest. So yh it can be a console , if a switch can be then this definitely can , it's just that the game library is thin .
IpadOS doesnt have as much flaw when you live in an app oriented environment and everything stores to cloud. All the apps macOS and windows cannot provide or develop for. If you’re buying an iPad, youre buying it cause you understand its exact use case.
Brother, do you still have the 2018 iPad? Can you please make a gaming test on COD:M, Genshin Impact, Farlight 84 and other graphically demanding games?
Did I miss a section on productivity apps such as Word and Excel? I'm considering using DEX with a portable USB C monitor and KB/Mouse for conference travel, was hoping to see what the MS Office on DEX experience is... time to search RU-vid for another video... this one was great, just didn't answer the question I was looking to answer
