It’s so inspiring seeing someone so passionate about a hobby like this. So many of us get bogged down by our jobs/careers and forget how important fun hobbies are

I know when i got very poorly and couldn't do my hobbies (programming games, jogging, camping, hiking etc) it made me realise how important health is but also that we don't do our hobbies as much as we should it's always 'oh ill do sumat on weekend' when we could put away ab hour each day on something we love instead of wasting away watching adverts on telly

Agree, I don't really know anything about airsoft (never played it or even met anyone who played it). I still find listening to him talk so passionately about it very therapeutic. He is kind of a safe space. I really hope he gets some good news soon regarding his health problems.
I never comment on RU-vid videos but this fucking crushes me. When I saw the most recent video I cried for the first time in 3 years. And seeing how happy and excited he is about Airsoft in this video is gut wrenching, he looked really healthy as well before the video, prayers be with you Ollie.

24 hours ago I had never even seen Ollie's face, now I am certain I will never forget it. I wish I could afford to make a donation but just can't. I figured the next best thing I could do is subscribe and begin binge watching his videos. I am really enjoying them, and want to try airsoft now. One day when I'm back on my feet and can afford a new hobby I may give it a try. I hope Ollie makes a miraculous recovery, but if that isn't possible hopefully he at least proves all these doctors wrong and hangs on a few more years.

i did airsoft as a kid but eventually got bored with it. years later now that actually have money i think aisoft sounds really fun! i’ve been hesitant to do jt because i think all the guys playing would be those really intense military guys that like do pretend they’re in a actual war. maybe i’m mistaken because this guy seems so kind and nice! maybe i should give it a second chance.
@@all-caps3927 It was actually my first time there, only for the boot sale, but it's got loads of good reviews and I would consider taking part in a skirmish there. The boot sale itself wasn't bad at all. Not the largest but there were still bargains to be had. I got packaged new batteries for a third of retail and I picked a RIF (a bit beaten up cosmetically but structurally and functionally sound) for about 50-60% retail.

Like alot of other comments I've been reading, it's my first time to this channel & after the devistating news i was brought to in the first video i watched, i gotta say i do love the content. I am getting off federal probation this month for ordering a full auto glock switch & was in the process of building a Polymer 80% glock because i really found it fun to build guns (went about it all wrong) As someone who constantly thinks about death I hope you're able to accept it & not be afraid when it's time. The one thing i have learned is that just like the (woman's) human body knows how to give birth it also knows how to pass away properly. God Bless.
10 years ago I wanted more mags for my KSC System-7 Mac11, and by mistake I bought one of those (pre-system7). Some time later on, since it was useless for me, I took its rubber lip to make some experiment. Except for the missing lip, it´s in perfect condition. If you want it, just tell me. That's what my cousin did when he was diagnosed with stage 3 colorectal cancer and given 6 months to live. He made it almost 4 years. Doctors are not always right in their prognosis.
@@alanferrier7904 It all depends on how hard he fights and how well he responds to chemo. That right there is the difference between months and years when it comes to terminal patients. Doctors tend to give you the worst case prognosis, because they want you to be prepared for it if it does indeed go that way.
This is truly horrendous and I've just had this come up on RU-vid, I'm speaking for countless others. We care and please fight, and when you think it's done, fight more. So very sorry. You better not give up! Big hugs.

Please don’t give up, doctors have a license to “practice” medicine… they don’t know everything. They can’t measure one’s internal strength and determination or will to live ! My wife’s maid of honor was diagnosed with stage 4 metastatic breast cancer and was given only 4-6 months to live as it returned in her bones and organs - she nearly 2 years and was active and able to live a full life in that time . She also struggled with energy and being tired - the doctor prescribed her adderal and it helped her greatly with energy. Keep your head up and don’t accept defeat laying down . I believe a man with a desire to win … to live … has a punchers chance even as he lays on the mat in the 11th round . 🙏🏼

I just wish people did more research about cancer and were more aware of the signs I lost my dad to cancer had I known the signs I could of done more whenever you start losing weight for no reason is 1 big thing u should see ur doctor straight away
