A small UA system may be eligible for one or more categories of operation over people as long as a Remote Pilot in Command cannot inadvertently switch between modes or configuration. What does that mean?

Man, I just can’t believe how bad all the videos about airspace are! It’s like everyone is regurgitating the same incorrect RU-vid info! If you are going to train someone to take a test, get your info 100% correct or take it down until you get it right!

The Federal Gov refers to drones as UAS. People still using the term drone make it sound like an Unregulated toy. The FAA doesn't view ANYTHIN in the air as a toy. Remember, the Fed Gov can Make breathable air Regulated if it will turn a Profit for the Politicians.
