गुरु देव जय हिंद,, में संदीप कुमार शर्मा,, गुरु जी मे आर्मी jco की तैयारी कर रहा हूँ, मेरी ये पहली भर्ती ही है,, और तैयारी भी अभी शुरू की है, में जयपुर में मन्दिर में पूजा पाठ करता हूँ, टाइम की वजह से सुबह 3 से 4:30 तक रनिंग ओर कसरत करता हूँ, और रात को मन्दिर बन्द कर के 9:30 से 10:30 तक जिम जाता हूँ, क्या रात को जिम सही है क्या,, और रनिंग बहुत ही खराब है, वैसे 15 दिन ही हुए है,, 200-300 मीटर पर ही सांस फूल जाती है, और बीम में भी दिक्कत है,,23 फरवरी को परीक्षा की तारीख है,, दिसम्बर में शायद फिजिकल हो सकता है,, 2 महीने में ठीक हो सकता है क्या,,कृपा कर के बताये,,,🙏🙏🙏
