In a later episode Al says "A man's toilet is his castle" Peg says "I thought a man's home is his castle" Al replies " It is if he can slay the dragon that's living there"
Al's so right about toilets today. My grandparents had a toilet, you had to hang on to your newspaper when you flushed it. Don't know if it was a Ferguson but it was a work of art.
+I.P. Knightly So true, bought new one recently. Small, too short, drainage like it was made for flushing hair, and not a man's load. Feel like they sold me some kindagarden equipment and not a man's toilet!
Damn right, they could get rid of a taco night in a single flush. You had to hang to the chain to unplug the flushing seal because about hundred gallons of water were pressing down onto it and when you finally got that chain pulled... BA--- WOOOOOSH! It should've come with a warning to not flush while still sitting, the pressure could rip your cock off! No, the water didn't come up that far, but the air being sucked under would have been strong enough to. You know airplane toilets? Harmless little breezes in comparison.
I love this episode. It is one of the ones that gets referred back to the most in the later episodes. Really makes you happy the show had continuity between seasons and episodes.
It's the Stradivarius of toilets, and my dad could play it like a violin. Excuse me here dad but a toilet is just a toilet. Bud the toilets today aren't worth of the name. They come in designer colors and are too low, and when you flush it makes this weak almost apologetic sound. Not the Ferguson it only come in white and when you flush it Baaahh WHOOSH haha gotta luv Al Bundy
And THIS is what it looks like when a human mind goes off of the deep end of the pool, and splats in the swamp!!! Al Bundy has completely lost it! The writers were brilliant, the actors were incredible, and this series was Genius!!! -- Bob
I did too! I think it was at Gower studios in Hollywood. I was at Universal studios and someone came up to us and asked if we wanted free tickets to a live taping. We said yeah, and a shuttle bus took us into Hollywood. I laughed so hard I was crying. From that point on I watched the show every week - every Sunday night - for years, until it was canceled. Still my favorite show of all time, to this day.
I remember when I was a kid, I used to take the newspaper, put in my armpit and went to the bathroom. Today I do the same thing, but with my cellphone.
I can still envision myself watching the TV in my college apartment when it first aired. I laughed so hard. Hands down my favorite scene of the show ever. If I remember right, it was on the fledgling Fox Channel, along with The Simpsons. Those two series alone carried that channel in the beginning IMO.
One of the best episodes, for sure! 👍🏻😉 But, if you're going to talk about "The best episode of 'married with children' ever", you need to consider this: - he thought he could (s03ep01) - The camping show (s03ep04) - her cups runneth over (s03ep06) - I'll see you in court (s03ep10) - a three job, no income family (s03ep14) - hot off the grill (s04ep01) - banking on marcy (s08ep05) - a little off the top (s08ep12) - married with prom queen (s03eps17 - 18) - it's a bundyful life (s04eps11 - 12) My favorite episodes for you 👏🏻 the ones I consider to be the absolute best from this wonderful, delicious and unique TV show 👍🏻😉
josè muñoz rojas can’t believe you don’t have the one in the restaurant where Al forgets his wallet and when the kids go to get it decide to go to a concert instead of bringing back to Al.
These new politically correct sitcoms can't handle shit like this. It seems that real primetime tv has truly gone down the toilet. But when these classic episodes of MWC started appearing online it was like the flush of victory!
Al sitting on his prized Ferguson . He imagines himself as a King sitting upon his Throne. I also feel those lowboy toilets were garbage . Toilets these days don't have the same quality as the old ones
Al is so right and so ahead of the time. Today's toilets can't handle a man's load. You have to flush 5x. In the totalitarian EU burocrats even decide the power of my flush. It's disgusting. 😂
