Oi Mauricio. Como você disse que não usa comunicação no seu inversor, já tentou fazer um reset de fábrica nele? (salve os parametros antes) ... se não resolver, tudo indica que é defeito no hardware do inversor mesmo, mais provável na placa de controle.

Subtensão no barramento CC pode ser várias coisas: Pode ser pré-carga não acionando (bem comum), tensão nominal programada errada, os própios capacitores do link DC que estão ruim, defeito no circuiti de leitura... eu falei sobre o erro de subtensão do inversor WEG no último video analise de inversores que fiz. 😁👍
Hi. Actually the thermostat is a protection, it measures the motor temperature and if it heats the VFD will recognize it and stop the motor. However most of the motor doesn't have a temperature sensor, so we need to turn this protection off in order to the VFD to works.
A13 no Danfoss siginfica sobrecorrente. Ou o inversor está tentando puxar uma carga que ele não aguenta ou pode estar com defeito, é possível que queimou o IGBT.
Hii. If you followed all the instructions I teach on this video and your VFD is still showing fault. Then something is wrong with your VFD. Check if the parameter values are really being saved. And if it is. I recommend you to try replacing the control board or call Danffoss.
"Alarm 29 - Heat Sink Temperature" Esta dando alarme pois a temperatura no dissipador está muito alta. Verifique se o inversor está realmente aquecendo. O parametro "16-19" mostra o valor de temperatura medida. Pode ser também defeito nessa medição.
Esta é uma falha de comunicação (Fieldbus Fault)... Preciso de mais informações para entender sua situação. O inversor deve estar comunicando com algum dispositivo?

Te passar a situação..as vezes aparece esse alarme, mas volta a funcionar depois.. na maioria das vezes quando resetamos o inversor e religamos Alimentação.. muito estranho não acha?
Então esquece o que falei do IGBT, não deve ser ele... Mas pode ser sobre corrente... recomendo monitorar a corrente dele. O inversor pode estar medindo errado OU o motor esta sendo sobrecarregado OU pode ser os parametros também.
Hi there, "A14" it's a critical alarm... The manual says "There is current from the output phase to the ground" and it can be a short circuit in the output cables or in the motor itself. If not, you probably have a defective VFD. To be sure where the fault is, try to start the VFD with nothing connected to the output pins (U, V, W).
@@MaikeTech as per our engineer the motor is working with direct ac power, current sensors & transistors of VFD have been changed, almost all modules of VFD changed, and all cabling have been changed and checked Not sure what is the next thing to troubleshoot

I think it makes sense what you did, it could have been one of these components... but it also can be something on the ic's that are connected to the measuring/monitoring circuit... I would (carefully) check the switching power supply, specially the electrolytic capacitors (as a voltage missing on the AmpOps can lead to some wrong measurements) and if not, I would start to check everything linked to the ground. It would be really nice if you have a good control board to check if it is not that. I think I already fixed a VFD with this alarm message, but it wasn't Danfoss (I don't use to have many of them to fix it)... And I would check all the optocouplers too, just in case. Sometimes the fault is on something that makes no sense... 😂😂😂
Nunca peguei esse erro, mas pelo que vi no manual parece ser erro de comunicação... Tenta fazer o teste mudando o parâmetro "8-04" em "OFF", caso ele deva comunicar com algum dispositivo, pode também tentar mudar o valor de "8-03". Baseado nas seguintes informações que encontrei: "WARNING/ALARM 17, Control word timeout There is no communication to the AFE. The warning will only be active when 8-04 Control Word Timeout Function is NOT set to OFF. Parameter 8-03 Control Word Timeout Time could possibly be increased." Boa sorte, Alexandre! 👍
Se o seu inversor não estiver mandando uma das fases para saída, ele está com defeito. Acredito que esta falha pode ser também que o inversor não esta reconhecendo uma das fases do seu motor. Pode ser defeito neste reconhecimento ou então defeito no motor.
