I'm SO proud of Dougie on this album. It was like "Wait... a full Dougie song?? Another one??? More???" which was so exciting. He sounds great. And I've never appreciated Harry more than the drum solo bit towards the end of Taking Back Tonight. I just love this band so freaking much. My faves easily are Route 55, Taking Back Tonight, and Forever's Not Enough, but this whole album makes me smile so hard. I haven't been this excited by a full album in a really long time. Radio:Active is my favorite album ever, but this one snuck near the top very very quickly.

Been WAITING for this!! This album is absolutely outstanding honestly there’s a video out there of them doing Honey I’m Home somewhere and if you think Danny’s vocals were good here oh my goodness they give you chills in the video They worked SO hard with this album and it sounds incredible

Forever's Not Enough is I think my favpurite song on the album and I'm fully convinced its a platonic love song about Tom and Danny's relationship - theres talk of getting trains to see each other, sharing earphones and stuff, makes me think of their teenage trips to see each other and to write, and then the bit of following separate dreams and rock'n'roll bringing them back to each other. It has to he, right? Or else its and allegory for the whole band's relationship and coming back together after hiatus

As always you said all there was to be said. This album is a masterclass of 80s rock with Mcfly energy, amazing song writing and awesome vocals (Danny f*cking Jones). But what really got to my punk/grunge/emo heart is Make it out Alive. THIS. SONG. I just can't get enough. This band is an absolute gem.

I can’t pick a top 3. The more I listen the more I notice things in all the different songs. It’s an absolute testament to the greatness of this whole album! I really hope they tour internationally. I need to hear this album live. I have seen some of the recorded performances people have posted and even those alone are mind blowing! I do have to say, hearing Dougie sing I’m Fine acoustically live (over the internet) is AMAZING. I prefer the acoustic to the studio version. It strips it back so you can really hear Dougie’s great vocals. My pregnancy hormones cannot handle this album!

So wishing they would finally come to Canada as well. This would be the time you would think. I'm still trying to be very optimistic about it,but we'll see what happens. I need to see this live my son does as well. This is the album I've been waiting for.

I love this album so much but it's not changed my favourite. My favourite McFly album is still Radioactive 😊 this is second for me. And I've seen them perform some of these new songs live and they sound amazing 🤘 I really hope you get to see them live someday 🙏 You're going to have an interesting time listening to the albums backwards 😆

Shine on is one the best tracks they’ve ever done along with I’m fine! This is their best album in so long. My favourite album was radio active for years but this has now taken the top spot because they have done nothing like this! Bring on tour!🤘🏼

This is one of my all time favourite albums, its just put together so well and it was really worth the wait as a fan. So hard to choose a top 3 but i'd say: 1. 🍯 I'm 🏠 2. Where did all the 🎸s go? 3. Make it out Alive 🧟 Ive never been able to pick my favourite vocalist in the band so its not surprising my 3 favourite tracks are one of each of them on lead vocals 😂

This album is so special for long-time McFly fans because we always knew that this was the music they wanted to/should make, they just took a wrong turn with Above the Noise so it took a while to get there. I think this is objectively their best album, but my favorite will probably always be Radio:ACTIVE. It came out when I was 14, and there's a special kind of love that a 14-year-old girl has for her favorite band, lol. My three favorite are I'm Fine, Shine On, and Make It Out Alive

I’ve been a fan of McFly for many, many years. This album has songs that are lyrically not their strongest imo. However, you can feel the fun and the passion they had making this album. To me, that’s what makes this a great album.

This album is epic. It will be interesting watching you go backwards from this...I almost wish you would go to radio active next for less of a genre switch shock that young dumb thrills is.... and I do enjoy young dumb thrills. America has been sleeping on this band. It is so sad.
