Yep, I came to check out the dislike ratio (downloading the app "userscripts" turns it back on). Currently, 2k likes to 3.7k dislikes. Not as wide a gap as I expected, but still funny. You can tell they're deleting tons of comments and have fake scripted lifeless b0t comments to make this podcast seem less sh!tty. Maybe Fray-doh will have Potato on as a partner now.

My father was the same a Alex's, he also told me Nixon was a crook not to be trusted! My dad always referenced the "Checkers" case in the 50's as why he did not trust Nixon. At least he got to see Nixon banished from the public arena before he died.
To fan a standard frontier Colt (without the Hammer locking back) you must PULL/HOLD the trigger back. So Baldwin's comment about not "pulling the Trigger" is questionable! To partiallty fan the hammer back and get enough striking pressure on the firing pin and the primer of the bullet is somewhat not easy.
Stoicism teaches courage, honesty, kindness and hard work. These 2 men are the antithesis of the great Stoic philosophers. I’d have more respect for either of them if they were brave enough to admit their mistakes. But they aren’t. Both these men are self interested cowards.

Hi Tony… I don’t have time to explain it all but there are some excellent Law sites online that you can look things up on to find your own answers. You might start with innocent until proven guilty, which doesn’t always keep people out of jail to be sure, but considering the police are still investigating, and haven’t turned in a report, there’s no one to arrest. There may have been negligence, but it might not have been criminal negligence, and it might not be Baldwin’s negligence. The media jumps to conclusions, the police investigate and find facts.

That’s a vague accusation. Site reasons/sources for this statement-as-fact that “He’s a despicable person” I should think one must know Mr. Baldwin rather well Personally, and for a long period of time, to make that determination.

Everyone is so judgmental in America, and this is so frustrating. Another great episode. I agree with Alex. This shooting experience was an accident and horror, and my heart goes to everyone including Alex who have to survive this trauma.
Question. Why is this shooting an accident? Pulling the trigger was deliberate. Not an accident. I’m certain he didn’t want to kill her but he nonetheless pulled the trigger of a real firearm at a person and killed her. Not an accident. Horrible mistake, with an unintended outcome but many of paid a greater price for far less poor decision making. He does not deserve a pass.
