Looking at it right now I see no reason why 95L can't be a TD by Saturday afternoon or so, a tropical storm through the windwards seems like the best bet. Don't buy the gfs or the hurricane models intensity like HWRF at all 😂😂

We’re experiencing rainy weather here in Jamaica. Lastnight was rainy also here In Clarendon.

The reason the models call for hurricane intensity is because the atmospheric conditions are unusually conducive for development across the Atlantic. Also the conditions are like August rather than late June/July.
