Hey Jared, this is another great interview with Alex. You have great chemistry, and you are beginning to make your mark. It's great seeing you growing and getting better as an interviewer. Good stuff. Now for the nitty gritty. I'm certain that Alex (AK47) Karaban is going pro because he is that good, both on and off the court. We are fortunate that we had him here in Husky country. There is no doubt that he will be successful wherever he lands. Many were hoping, some even praying no doubt, that he would come back for another year and be the leader that he is. I am sure that if he did, or does, then man, what a mentor and leader he would be. Imagine AK47 flashing three rings as well as that killer smile after he buries a shot clock buzzer beater for three, or even two, while drawing a foul? Just sayin'. lol I was thinking that he was coming back until this interview when he said that he's been having a good NBA Combine, and if he says good, you know that he is being humble and it most likely means that he is KILLIN' IT. Either way, it's best to say good bye now and get ready for his departure. Besides, saying hello again wearing #11would be as easy and sweet as ice cream and pie. I wish him the best and whatever he does, I'll always be rooting for A.K. no matter what.

Intrinsic qualities. They must count for something. Seems like Coach Hurley's culture imbues these guys with such high level team building skills they're an asset in the locker room wherever they may land.
