The tax exemptions are legal and a part of every day business, used to encourage growth and economic benefit. I disagree with their existence as well, but they are the law that they, as a US company, have to follow. We can't blame them for doing what the government says they should do to save money, and what benefits them most while still obeying the law. They paid all the taxes that they owed, we need better politicians if we want the system to be fixed.
