Pandemics invariably are going to hit blue states harder, especially New York. Further compound that with a federal government that imposes no national policy and maintained no preemptive measures for dealing with a crisis. New York noted what it needed and the federal government failed. The basic measures that NZ, S.Korea, and so on are still outside of our capacity. Easily doable on their own if New York had those extra Billions rather than sending it off to Kentucky. There is a reason Democratic governors have experienced a 20-30 point increase in their approval rating whereas Trump hasn't experienced a single point.

He's worse than a joke - he's literally an actual villain. He is doing everything he can to crush democrats, lefties, blue states and even red states. The only thing he cares about is keeping power and keeping his friends rich.
