Definitely watch his Mitchell story! After working in a men’s prison for 22 years, this is the best prison story I’ve seen. Trust me, the boots thing is real. When you open the doors and everyone comes out wearing boots and anyone who doesn’t have boots has their sneakers or shoes tied as tight as possible, you know it’s going to be a really bad day.

If you want to see the best version of the kick to the leg to distract the opponent, check out Dan Henderson's KO of Michael Bisping in the UFC. Dan Henderson starts his combination off with a light leg kick to distract and then blindsides him with a quick follow up overhand right and knocks him into space. Bisping hadn't been finished before that and was still known to be one of the toughest guys in the sport even until he retired last year, but Dan Henderson has such a powerful over hand right punch that it's nicknamed the "H-Bomb" and this fight shows exactly why it deserved such a name. It's one of the most brutal one punch KO's in the history of combat sports (Rashad Evans KO'ing Chuck Liddell is another but Fedor Emelianenko knocking out Andrei Arlovski in mid-air is number one in my book)

They still are allowed in some prisons but alot have made them illegal since a guard was kicked to death with them. But yes the story is true.

And thank god for people like him, otherwise I don't know where I'd get my hash from lol You realize in other countries he might've not even done time right? Crazy idea, legalize most drugs and you not only get rid of an underground market, you get tax revenue, save all the money being spent prosecuting and on police investigations plus you can regulate it and treatment for those who may need it is easier since they don't have to lie about what they took. Edit: Mind you, in my country if he was a small hash/weed seller odds are he wouldn't have even done time. Hell, if he lived in Holland he could've opened a shop a sell it legally so selling drugs is not bad perse, it's been stigmatized by big pharma and politicians as a distraction from real issues, same as Prohibition way back when. Wanna end the cartels? Legalize weed and cocaine and you literally take hold of their whole market making them unable to compete. It's not rocket science.

@@ragnar97 We're finally dropping weed prohibition on a state-by-state basis. It's been legal in my state for a few years now, but backwards areas like the deep south might take another decade to get there.
