The audio is from the landing of Apollo 12. I think it was Pete Conrad exclaiming "Right down the middle of the road" after the lunar module Intrepid pitched over during landing and the landing site came into view. Apollo 12 landing had to be more precise that Apollo 11, because it had to land a short distance from Surveyor 3. After a trip of a quarter of a million miles, his first visual of the landing site where it was supposed to appear was exactly like their simulations.

And, of course, there's a fake alien in it. Any time you see an alien, it's fake. If it looks like a guy in a rubber suit, then it's costume effects. If it looks good, it's CGI. So far, almost 100% of videos portraying aliens are fake. Except ET. ET was real. I know a guy who knows a guy who's cousin saw the whole thing. He said it happened on June 11, 1982. The whole thing was caught on film.
Because he used a tape from the actual moon landing, photoshopped the "alien" into it and added in a recording of 2 people talking to make it seem more real
This one has me stumped. I've been electric boogaloo, popper, dancer for 30 years and the way it squatted, turned in it's squatted position and how it stood up was inhuman even for CGI. Shoot! Even Spiderman and DeadPool don't move like that.

This video is a good example of the fact that you could possibly show an actual EBE and people would not believe it. I'm sure and possible EBEs would also be aware of this phenomenon. I've seen some quite good and convincing videos of people using their phones to capture UFOs, and over large metropolitan areas also. At this point humans have quite advanced aircraft, not to mention drones with interesting capabilities. There is also good holographic equipment. I've heard of this phenomenon named 'Blue Beam' another holography attempt. Again, and EBEs would also be aware of these things.
After viewing this video an eeiry instrumental of the song Money Longer by the artist Lil Uzi Vert has been repeatedly playing through my head. I believe the effects of the ET being are taking their course.

I believe it's real. Reason: When I first started using RU-vid, I found (quite by accident) an extended version of this very short clip. It was only on RU-vid a short time so I had little time to record it... plus I did not yet know how. After two days this extended version disappeared from RU-vid. It showed the alien from a different angle where an elongated head and certain facial features could be seen. In one segment it crouched to a running stance. The creature was highly agitated and appeared to be frightened and in danger. The last segment in this extended version ended with the creature slumping to a kneel, then to a completed prone position, as if struck by some form of energy or by a projectile. It's not a fake folks. Does anyone know anything about this longer version video? (Note: the sound is added. I have seen this same sound sequence used on other completely different and unrelated videos.)
I totally agree, The absence of the evidence is NOT evidence of the absence. Billions of Star Systems with millions of rocky planets orbiting within the habitable zones of their parent stars in the Milky Way Galaxi alone, with more Billions of galaxies in our observable universe, raises the chance for a life form to evolve on a vast number of those planets if conditions permit. Suppose our planet Earth is the only place in the Universe to harbor life, and for some reason, life seized to exist on it. How could anyone imagine a lifeless, dead, empty with zero energy, zero intelligence universe? What is the need for a vast universe where ONLY the Solar System or even our Sun alone is more than enough to sustain Earth's life for billions of years? The universe to us is still a mystery and hard to understand, it is much similar to a blind & deaf trying to invent a Video Camera. My opinion is that our universe is teeming with life as we know it & life as we do NOT know it, ranging from simple basic life forms to much more advanced technological civilizations.

The landscape in the video also does not match the actual landing site. You write: "At the time this happened, the live television broadcast was interrupted for two minutes due to a claimed “overheated camera”". No it wasn't. I have it on VHS and DVD. It lasts 2.5hrs (approx), it was planned down to the minute and there's no 2 minute interruption. Apart from that; it's a nicely done video. Congratulations. It reminded me a little of what's described in the Doctor Who story "Midnight", (story 196), which by not showing the "creature" made in it far more terrifying.

Joan Evans Just seemed easier than explaining that there was no missing time in the Apollo 11 timeline. OP claiming it was filmed during 11 would struggle to explain how the audio is from 12. Just a thought.
Joan....you are correct ! In fact that audio is NOT from Apollo 11 but from 12. Pete Conrad is exclaiming that because they spotted the Voyager ship that had landed 2 years earlier. They used Voyager as a benchmark to correctly land on the site chosen
