What you do so well is make chess accessible for people who are not especially good at chess. Or do not have the time required to collect such great games for themselves. You can give us understanding and perspective that we can't afford on our own. Thank you.

12:52 "Chess speaks for itself" - Hans Niemann
@nicbentulan
@nicbentulan 2 года назад
Actually chess doesn't speak for itself. However #9LX speaks for itself. eg player Alice beat player Bob. Done. In chess you say place Alice beat player Bob in English opening or something. How can you be GOAT when you're only the top 2 most talented currently? Magnus made a tiny inaccuracy against Wesley in the world #9LX championship or in 2020 St Louis and then lost. Lol. #saynoto2900 Now Magnus is afraid to face Wesley 1v1 in Iceland. There's no candidates so Wesley will have to defend against more than 1 opponent. LOL. Meanwhile Magnus dealt with only 1 opponent for the last 4 world chess championships. PATHETIC. Reminds me of how a decade ago people were saying Magnus was a 'pampered goldfish' whole Wesley had to face the 'barracudas'. Trolololol. Who cares how many times Magnus beat Wesley in chess? #9LX will replace chess in 50-70 years. #9LX is the future. And what's the point of beating Wesley all those times if you can't beat Wesley even once in #9LX ? Btw Magnus is Not only a TALENTLESS PATZER for losing to Wesley Not only a liar for cheating against Nepo re the touch move last year But also a coward Magnus is afraid to face Wesley 1v1 in #9LX in Iceland 2022Oct. COWARD Magnus and COWARDS FIDE. They just want Magnus to be their precious champion even in #9LX. Filipinos around a decade ago called Magnus a 'pampered goldfish' while Wesley had to face the 'barracudas'. It's happening again. There's no candidates in #9LX and so Wesley will have to defend against more than 1 opponent! Imagine round robin of Wesley Fabi Magnus and Nepo where everyone draws except for 1 game where Magnus beats Fabi. Then Magnus wins without beating Wesley? PATHETIC. ABSURD! REPREHENSIBLE! DISGUSTING!

The e point is magnus ISN'T the inaugural or current world #9LX champion yet was a 4x world chess champion and now a 5x world chess champion. not to mention the times magnus won world rapid and blitz. how can you win all that only to lose 13.5-2.5 to wesley? besides wesley isn't philippine/filipino/filipina. thanks to pichay and stuff who the philippines RE-ELECTED this year when pichay should've been going to prison. #saynoto2900

Where Magnus is far better than all the other top players is in the mid game where he always manages to be up by a pawn and either promotes or the threat of a promote makes the other player go on the defensive. They know they will get the same ideal setup every game and they deny the fact that they will mess it up unless they memorise some other geek's ideas. In Chess960 there is nothing to deny. You know you are going to get a far from ideal start position and you know it is up to you to make the best of it and you know you will be playing moves nobody has tried before.
