My favorite part is when curry was hitting threes in the Memphis highlights every time he made one the griz players were complaining and looking to blame each other
I like how every time he makes a 3pt on homecourt no matter when and how he makes it everybody cheers like it's a game-winner. The energy he brings to his team and fans by making a 3pt is unreal. He is a definition of The Human Torch.
The actual GOAT that we werent allowed to recognize because a LeFraud paid off the media to block his greatness. At least now more are seeing it. This man is 2 rings away from top 2 all-time and 3 rings away from being the unanimous GOAT.
@@vmonsoon7400 I wish I didn't have to but Curry's greatness has never actually been pushed by the league, because they were too busy sniffing Brons jock. Disgusting how the NBA has fumbled this ball because every 1980s washup who played rugby-style basketball hates the ever living shit out of him on a daily basis on tv. Steph was always massively, massively ahead of Harden, Westbrook, Paul and Kyrie, yet literally every dumbass media talking head said they were on the same tier. Lies, and anyone who actually watches Curry plays knew it all along.
True. A lot of shooters have the benefit of just being stationary catch and shoot guys. So much easier for muscle memory when you're in a set spot. Curry is almost almost always on the move going into his threes (on top of many of his threes being deep threes). The dude gets guarded more heavily than any player in NBA history by far but still manages to put up his 30+ ppg. He earns his points more than anyone in the NBA. Doesn't rely on trying to create contact and getting fouls and getting free throws (Ex. James Harden..which since the rule change this year has made him far less effective because he relied on it so heavily).
@@jhaz89 Facts!! The man gets face-guarded 90 feet away from the hoop and double teamed at half court with or without the ball in his hands... who else has had to deal with that type of coverage. Imagine the numbers he'd put up if he got guarded the same as any other point guard or back in the day with the illegal defense rules.
It is disgracing to call him only the 3 pts shooter ever in NBA.He is more than that;very skillful, selfless, team player and dominant (with his IQ).He is really the face of NBA currently. He is the top 5 player of all time if not the top 10.He has nothing to left to prove even before this years ring.
Elite defensive player, the best under 6'3" defensive PG in the league no contest - Marcus Smart does not clear Steph defensively. Sorry but it's true.
The degree of difficulty of the shots he's making has always left me baffled. People literally will be on his back and he just pulls up and nothing but net. Truly changed the game forever
It's unbelievable how he can make these shots with so little time to process them in his brain. It almost seems to be "physically impossible." As a Warrior fan...he is simply amazing!!
Man…I was a bet skeptical about how he was going to start in the finals but when I saw him come out bombing from the start I knew he wanted it. And that game 5 he was in his BAG. It’s crazy how the great ones just have another level they can get to when shit gets tough. And Steph’s my favorite player and all but I used to wonder if he had that killer instinct and a little nastiness outside of the laughing and shit lol!!! And boy did he prove me wrong. That game he was tearing their heart out. I knew they’d win the chip after that cause he really did take their soul. That’s a bad baaad man 😬
My personal 🐐 favorite athlete of all time, NOTHING LEFT TO PROVE. Us Wardell fans have to continue to live in the moment cuz we don’t know how many more opportunities we’ll get to watch 30 so cherish them ALL!
Well being that he doesn’t count on athleticism to ball out he’ll play till he’s 40 if he wants and as long as he avoids any more serious injuries I don’t see him slowing down too much any time soon
What i like about Stephen Curry is that even when he has an open shot, he usually wait's until there are a couple of guys in front of him. Just to prove a point. A 3point.
Threes aren't usually a highlight unless it's deeper than usual or at the end of the game, but this dude makes ever single three look and feel spectacular. The shooting GOAT, top 10 player of all time easy.
91 DAM 3's in the playoffs is sick ! I love Jordan but this is sum alien 👽 SHYT rite here. This guy is Special, RESPECT to Steph the chef , the greatest shooter off all time 👍
@@eladlozram7614 And he came back and put up 34 pts in gm 6 to send Boston home & win his 4 th Chip so who cares about happen in game 5 , a game the Warriors still won lol.....Keep hating while Steph still celebrating 😂🤣😂🤣
@@Deonte692 Uhhhh???? I'm not even hating, I'm saying about his greatness. Just imagine he made 7 or more 3s in that game which he could have broke his past record. And btw I'm a curry fan
Watch this tape beginning to end and tell me, if you were part of an all-time team consisting of Jordan, James, Giannis, and Olajuwon, would you rather have Magic as your point guard... or Curry? Magic's showtime was great, but Curry's floor spacing has utterly changed the game of basketball...
Only 2 players have ever changed the NBA: Wilt (dunking/big man dominance) and Steph (spacing/shoot from anywhere, anytime). Everyone else in everyone's top 10 is just a unicorn, never to be seen again. Wilt and Steph did all they did PLUS made the entire league change the way they played because they unanimously decided it was the better, more entertaining way to play and win. Because of this, only Wilt and Steph should be everyone's #1 and #2 all-time, with MJ and Bron #3 and #4. I think this take will be the normal in 5 years, don't bite my head off now just because I know ball.
@@grassrootsflshp Yeah, I used to think that...but last years' Finals, single-handedly taking on the Celtics this year, still young and getting better every year, and THIS ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-S0IeMN1qOqc.html
So many of these shots, he had such a tiny sliver of daylight, from so far, and still nails it. That is exactly what separates him from the other greats. When people make the ridiculous argument "If Ray or Reggie shot that many of them.....". Let me stop you right there. If they shot that many, they'd be taking tighter shots with less space, from further out, would have to quicken their release to match Stephs, and would have to shoot off the dribble which they weren't comfortable with. Their percentages would have plummeted to the high 20% range if they took the same types of shots Steph does. Like Jrue Holiday says, Steph is a one of one. Other people can't successfully mimic him. If at this point you're trying to discredit Steph, you're just a hater who refuses to acknowledge you had a failed argument about him.
Curry absolutely controlled every series. His shooting was as relentless as it was timely. He could have done this in any of his previous Finals, but he was and is the consummate team player, sacrificing personal glory for team success.
looking at all these clips and I'm just speechless. I think when he hits some of those three's it has to play on the mindset of the opposing teams. They looked mentally frustrated. lol Honestly, I don't even think Curry thinks about some of the shots he takes. It's like its automatic. The time it takes for him to catch the ball and shoot there's no time to doubt yourself. The fakes he does too....sheesh. How can anyone with eyeballs not give this man his credit?
That 3 in game 6 that puts them up 72-50 might be one of the greatest shots in nba history when you realize after he makes it he turns to the crowd, in TD Garedn, points as his ring finger and says ring me…with 6 minutes left in the 3rd…different. They’ll never be another Steph.
@@415riderss rings dont mean anything if ur not the best/one of the best players on the team like jordan was. He aint beating mj, but he could very well get top 3.
@@PenguinShake111 Curry is always the top 3 best players on his team - every game. He's the best defensive PG in the game right now. You don't know ball. Curry changed the entire league, MJ only changed his wallet.
I understand why Stephen curry has so many haters.he revolutionized the NBA and changes the mindset of many people. I am die hard warriors forever fan even before curry with we believe with Stephen Jackson Matt Barnes and davis.i believe splash Brothers would keep rolling forever.
Every time he makes one of his long 3's, barely open, the other team can be seen sagging their heads & shoulders & pointing at each other out of frustration. He is absolutely demoralizing.
🔥🔥 greatest player I ever witnessed everyone going to talk how great he is he’s not done yet I see him having 1 or 2 more in him he’s still young plus he brought the NBA 1.4 billion views I think that might be the most ever in 1 year
Just love these Steph Highlights. The Husband, Father and the Baller and still humble, kind and thoughtful. What confidence!! Big Up Yourself Steph 🐐. ❤️❤️❤️❤️🙏🙏🙏
He had a split fingernail. Look at the bandage on his right index finger in Game 6; I don't know how he was shooting so well with his hand taped like that.
Tudo isso é fruto de muito treino, disciplina e perseverança de nunca desistir e estar procurando sempre melhorar. Curry é o CARA, eita mãozinha ABENÇOADA.🇧🇷🇧🇷
He had a split fingernail. Look at the bandage on his right index finger in Game 6; I don't know how he was shooting so well with his hand taped like that.
This dude curry man he can shoot I grew up watching Jordan play and Jordan is the goat in my book but curry is right up with him he makes hard shots look so easy bro
Yeah that’s shits wild, in the finals, IN BOSTON, IN THE THIRD QUARTER!!! If Steph was a Nike athlete, ESPN woulda had this on a loop 🔁 the last 3 weeks.
Best 3 shooter ever, imo. There may be guys with better stats and guys like Pistol Pete who were shooting the lights out before there was a 3 point line, but Curry is something else.
Ok ok we get it, you finally admit he's the GOAT shooter, now how about adding: -elite defense -the gravity, my god THE GRAVITY -best teammate (came off bench) -biggest heart -most clutch -best face of the league/game worldwide ever -flawless person off the court (MJ cant say this) It's going to take you a while, and Steph getting 2-3 more rings, but I see it right now: Curry is the best player the game has ever seen.
@@415riderss most clutch is very debatable, And Elite defense? your lying to yourself, Steph Curry is one of the best offensive players ever, but in terms of defense, he isnt bad, but not good, he is about as good as an average defender. But you need to realize MJ averaged more points throughout his entire career than steph has ever averaged in a season, and Jordan did this with shooting barely any 3s, i hate to break it to you, but MJ was better offensively and Defensively than curry
@@aricgruber38 MJ's career scoring average is 30.1, Steph averaged that in 2016, and even more last year at 32 so that is just not true. Plus Steph has the ball in his hands less than MJ because Steph moves without the ball, also Steph may be the most efficient volume scorer of all time so the gap between MJ and Steph offensive is not that huge. The Defensive gap is though.
@@doodlebug4947 the offensive gap is that huge. With Steph being substantially greater offensively. He sat 17 4th quarters in 15-16. And almost averaged under 30 minutes a game. Go look at Jordan’s MPG. His shooting is so quickly deadly because of its accuracy and its one point of added value (3 greater than 2), that he’s guarded more tightly and from further out than any player in history. And he decides to use that against the other team by moving without the ball and pulling the defense with him. It’s why they won game 5 when he shot 0-9 for three. The whole time Wiggins was scoring, did the Celtics stop guarding Steph like Steph wasn’t the one popping off? Maybe that’s why Wiggins could keep going, and why KD shot the best percentage of his career. He’s an offensive ventriloquist in way less minutes per game than Jordan. Why do u think he’s never been swept in the playoffs or even lost in 5 (while Jordan and Bron have done those multiple times)?
Let's say Lebron and Steph plays one on one and both of them never miss a shot........who do you think will win ? ( the final score is at the bottom) Lebron - 40 Steph - 120
