Dr khadar suggests eating all 5 siridhanya millets to cure any disease. He has given a protocol to be followed for all diseases. You have to follow the full protocol that for diabetes in your case. Also he has suggested wood pressed oils to use. Please check out the description box of this video and watch the videos no 1 and 2 to get the answers to your questions. Links of other useful videos are also given in the description box. You can check them out too. I have uploaded many recipe videos with millets. If one is healthy, Dr khadar suggests all 5 siridhanya millets be consumed each one for 2 days then repeating this cycle from 11 th day.
