There’s a new technique of sewing in extensions that I’ve had for about 8 months now and there’s no damage at all! It’s the same technique as beaded extensions but then the hair dresser sews with thread and needle the extension weft onto the beads. They don’t move at all and you can re use that weft when you move them up with growth every 6-8 weeks. Highly recommend looking into! I’ve had tape ins and they’re 100% better. I know it’s a newer technique so not everyone does them but def worth it
@@ThisIsBrooklyn03 all of the techniques damage your hair in some way, depending on how long you have them in / your up keep of the extensions. But I’ve definitely found this is far less damaging then any other extension method. The longest I had them in was about 10 months and my hair was completely fine after

I had a horrible accident and my hair was burnt off. It left me broken to the core and I've been wanting extensions. I hope this makes me happy again.
I got keratin hair extensions literally a week ago and the first couple days I was like omg what did I do!! So uncomfortable the first couple days! But now I love them!!
Okay but you need to try sew ins! They are sooooo much better for your hair and easier to maintain. I’ve had mine for 3 year in May and only spent money on two sets of hair!
I love your fusion hair extensions. The volume and length really suit you. 6 packs was a good option. I am a hair extension stylist and different people like different methods. Your stylist did a great job!!
I have tape in extensions and love them. I have had them for about 5 months. I got 4 or 5 packs half 16 inch and half 18 inch at $500 total. My hairdresser came with me and she was able to get a discount. It only costs me about $1900 a year to maintain including tip. My hairdresser is a good friend but I would get them even if I had to pay double because they are life changing. I have people stop me constantly complimenting my hair. I have guys following me to my car and in the grocery store stopping me. I know it's only hair but WoW it just makes me feel beautiful and confident every single day.
I know every stylist is different but you can definitely reuse k tip hair! you just have to trim off the keratin tip & make a new bond which obviously makes you lose a little length but since you don’t have to get them moved up and reapplied so often, it takes a good while of reusing/trimming the extensions to lose a significant amount of length. Then at that point you can buy new hair, instead of buying new hair every single time
I've already decided that I cannot live without my very LONG hair extensions....also. As a matter of fact, I've already gone BLONDE...and I'm having a BLAST about the whole idea. Because every day GLAMOUR is all about FUN...and TRAVELING the GLOBE without answering to anyone or any GROUPS of people...who are obsessed with CONTROLLING everyone and everything 24/7... Ha! 💃
Even if you only use nioxyn(?) on the top that’s the only part of your hair that grows so your just saving money by not wasting it on your ends, hair does not grow anywhere else but from the root.....
I got the K tips extensions and its my first time getting them. And omg they are itchy I feel like I have bugs on my head lol but I know it's the hair extensions causing the itchy. I hope it passes in time.

Am I allowed to wear really LONG extensions? Or... only CELEBRITIES can DO AS THEY PLEASE...and DRESS UP...everyday...with their GLAMOURS hairstyles...while living in those exotic locations. I mean, I LOVE IT...whenever people behave as if they're mentally disturb about MY long flowing extensions, etc. Because, where is it written that I cannot DO as I please with MY hairstyles? 💃
I live in NJ and have hand tied,first set was $800 and you NEED all the products or you will damage them and they cost way to much.Now I have 18 inch,they were $1200 you get what you pay for,when my hair is blown out and the color looks amazing,yeah color is extra,you feel like a different person.They are high matience for sure,I plan an entire night for an oleplex deep condition.For me the hardest part,washing my hair once a week
Unfortunately I will disagree, but I fully understand some people really prefer different processes when it comes to extensions. I have done every extension for the my last 20 yrs. tape depending on the quality is the most healthiest you can do for your hair. As oppose to fusion. Never can u do 4 mths only two months is allowed. But depends on the thickness of you hair. My natural hair has always been baby hair so damage was a lot more harsh . But appreciate the video if someone has more thickness in their natural hair like u do. I would look into tapes of more quality and I think u would be surprised on how much time you would save and 💰.
Some stylists will reuse your ktips. You just need to find stylist who do that. I would feel so bad to toss good hair. I’m a ktip specialist and I personally retip 2-3 times at least. Keep in mind they do get shorter!
it is a good lesson for nerds like me. I feel like I can wear my extensions myself and save money now. Thank you for helping me look fabulous for a secret husband (away from evil eye of crazy chasing people).
Have urs slipped out ever ? I got them a week ago and almost 10 have fallen out !! I’m trying to wash less but idk what the issue is because I can’t survive washing 1x week.
Hi! Question: do you lose any bonds throughout the duration of your install? I just got extensions done 2 weeks ago and I LOVE THEM, but I've already lost 3 bonds and it seems like a couple more are "slipping" out. I read online its normal to lose around 10 or so, just curious what your experience is. Thank you!
