Try Millet foods..especially Super 5 Millet's.. All menstrual problems will be gone forever.. Imp: Soak millets for atleast 8 hrs before cookiing.. Google for Siri Dhanyalu recipes.. .. and millets Indian recipes.. If you avoid White rice, Wheat flour, & Sugar .. You'r body will feel like a bird..

wrong info. It doent loose all the nutriants only a small portion of it again it depends how you boil and how much. Many Ayurveda doctors and Physicians recommend eating boild sprouts not raw. As sprouts are in a germination stage its going through rapid change and which could cause harmonal imbalance. Please consult a nutritionist before making some long-time habits.

The right way of eating impressed me the most. I would like to add that we have to be cautious that the sprouts are not smelling. We have to be cautious of salmonella bacteria as well. We have to be extra careful in summer and rainy seasons. If not prepared rightly, the salmonella causes food poisoning and diarrhea. When sprouts are made right way, are not smelly and when eaten rightly, these are one of the best superfoods because they have plenty of food prana.

Check out paneer recipe if you can make paneer at home then whey can be extracted. Just collect the water 💦 in the paneer and drink it. This is whey Protein Powder. (As liquid)

I would say something on this.... sprouts are great to have but as they cause digestive issues. Not easy for everyone to digest them so they should be sautéed in a pan with little water as to make them easily digestible. I don't see any loss of nutrients in that . And i do that actually.

What's the truth about moong beans Google says :- 24g of protein / 100g of raw moong And in sprouted moong you get 7g of protein /100g

My guess is sprouts expand and gain more mass because they have more water. Therefore you get less nutriens per 100 grams. But it then seems to be a bad idea to eat sprouts, not much protein. Edit- I see that a low protein quantity is only observed in moong dal. So sprots are better in general.

Sprouts should never be heated as they are living food even a few seconds heat can destroy their nutrition if you cook sprouts they will be nohing but fibre if consumed cooked so its better to eat it like that and sprouts are cooling for the body so better eat it before 5 pm and best time to eat it when sun is at its peak.

Very nice video... But Vivek one very important part you missed is that seeds can only be sprouted in the presence of moisture so there is a good chance of bacteria formation through out the sprouting process... So it's utmost important to cook sprouts a bit... You can easily steam the sprouts

If somebody is consuming daily ..They shud lightly boil it for 1 sec atleast..Though nutrients decreasd but intestine is infection free from bacteria..

Sir Ayurveda says that sprouts are full of bacteria and microorganisms which should be avoided . अंकुरित जहर । And if you need to eat it , boil it for 15 mins to get away with bacterias . I love to eat sprouts and for that I visited ayurvedic hospitals also where I was told not to eat sprouts as they are poisonous . Pl help us , and throw some light on the issue .

Bro one thing I have learned is try not to eat while studying or just after an intense study session. It maybe that you have too much food or too little food, because of not paying attention or being mentally drained . Hope this helps.

It is always better if you boiled it . If you have gut issue , then it ll get digest thoroughly. Also fungus gathered through the air gets destroyed. Little bit nutrients get destroyed , but it's ok as remaining all of them get absorbed by our body as it becomes easy digestive. Plus don't forget the taste😋
