In Watch Dogs: Legion, "NPCs" will feel alive as protagonists, because each "NPC" is playable, and they have daily routines, backstory, age, nationality, unique atributes, voice, personality, they are customizable, and they even have Dedsec relationships.
People keep complaining like, "Why would you scam those innocent people." This video exists to show off what outcomes you can get, watch the full video.
I was thinking the same thing, it’s still MONEY. She can go to a bank with it and get it exchanged or, worst case scenario, one of those currency exchange places
If it's done only to some people, it's not very fair. If it's done to everyone, it will cause inflation (all prices increase to compensate for people having more money) and either do nothing or do serious harm, depending on amount.
"Huh? Canadian dollars?" "What is this?" *money comes out but the pesos didnt* "Huh? Canadian dollars?" "What is happening?" *THROWS A FUCKING WAD OF CASH ON THE GROUND* this fucking game
ƝsM It's still money, even though it's canadian and useless there right now, you can still fucking exchange it. Would you throw away $74 US dollars? Because that's throwing away $100 Canadian. It is a big deal.
BobTheBacon all im saying is I dont trust money that has made out of maple tree bark, you get maple syrup mixed with the rest of your cash and its a mess for your wallet
+ƝsM And US dollar is made with linen, cotton and paper, cheap materials, do you still "trust" that? Or do you think that just because canadian dollar has maple tree bark in it that it's automatically useless?
When I first started playing this mission, I didn’t realize there was an option to take money, as my camera, when the first atm camera activated, I was left staring at “give money” option. I kept making everyone happy until the hippie came in. Only then did I realize I could take money. Even then, I ended up giving him the photos. I loved this mission. (Also you can give the Korean woman her tuition and that’s just wholesome and I love it)
+AFGUIDESHD having the ability to hack into a ATM and whenever you want flag people why would ubsoft add something in the game like that like if people play this game and if this flagging system ever comes into real life you know people are going to abuse that s*** like flag innocent people cuz criminals will have access to this and let me tell you they will beat the s*** out of it I mean flag people who haven't done anything wrong and a whole bunch of rich people you know what I mean :(
I mean she didn't actually lose half her money or even a big chunk of it, exchanges to different currencies don't work that way. She was just really really stupid, she could have walked into a bank the next day and changed it back.
Why even care for a talking machine? They are actually annoying and the ones that force you to wait until they stop talking so you can continue what you were doing are wasting time.
the point is to test your morality upon deciding who gets a free pass and who has to pay...but the game does make it easier , i just took all the money of the pompous actor but i also took the money of the chinese student
This was on one of the most fun days on the Mocap stage. And you got all the endings, Do nothing, Good and Bad!! ALL of these were 'improv' on the day, we gave the actors a backstory and let them do the rest. We shot tons of these and picked the best ones. Great job on finding these details it is really appreciated by the team, I'm going through your channel now to see more! :-)
This is quite wierd as it fucks the bank in 2 ways 1. You make all of their money dissapear. Thus leaving BAD reputation and mostly making surveys to ban such high tech ATM machines 2. You give them a giant money bonus, which leaves the bank on suspicion list for cops by giving them so many extra money, and putting some workers through a baaaad time.
and considering the voice lines of the computer and the fact that the atm can just spray money out, you could assume that cash prizes are somehow literal functions of this atm which.. makes no sense? does it?
And, in addition to number 1: people would be also able to sue the shit out the bank for damages, thus getting their money back and then some, especially if class action lawsuits ensue (and they probably would). And, best part is, the bank will be forced to take responsibility, since if they admit to being hacked to avoid paying for damages, first it'd tank confidence in the company massively, meaning big losses; and second, Blume would murder the shit out of them for publicly exposing ctOS as the faulty, dangerous, exploitable garbage that it is. While as for number 2, the amount given to people would barely make a dent in the millions that the bank has, and if anything further reinforce people's belief that ctOS=good because of the apparent "generosity" or "benign glitches". So, overall, pranking and tanking confidence is overall arguably the best choice.
Sirfatandblack Playing with someone's anything is playing with their emotions. The very fact that something belongs to a person makes it obvious that they have some sort of emotional connection with it.
