Once again, I’m alive, been a while since I did this kinda video. With the new Fire Emblem game out, I wanted to do so once more, since these are the main videos people know me for nowadays.
For this series I skipped one of the Alear forms to avoid showing the same, or similar convo twice. Due to the fact the Bond Supports seem to be the same for both Corrins, I’m not going to film fem Corrin.
The Emblems talk to everyone, with very brief conversations for the most part. There are some gems in the rough, but overall these are fairly meh talks.

I feel like Corrin's comment with Vander about the commonality of rubbing faces "depending on where you're from" is not just a reference to the minigame in Fates, but also the fact that that same minigame was removed from the English version! If they actually meant that in writing this localization, that is a genius Fourth Wall break!

@@paperluigi6132 There was a recent datamine that showed another Fates emblem character being added in and it's [SPOILER] Camilla. And adding Azura would have been one of my choices, but it appears that they gave her dancer gimmick to Byleth instead.

I know I said this a couple of times but as short and meh as some of these conversations are, it’s happy to see many of the units interacting with the past characters we know and love. I especially loved Corrin’s convo with Kagetsu.

I kinda wish there were some kind of support convos between the emblems. I have a strange feeling that Micaiah, and Byleth would have some interesting interactions, since Micaiah is so Empathetic, and Byleth has stunted emotions. It might be funny to hear Lucina, and Lyn talk about their respective amnesiac tacticians. Ike is just a great character no matter who he talks to.

@@nuibaba280 having a few emblem conversations wouldn't be focusing on them to much. If anything they need a few more opportunities to talk, seeing as their bond convos are so short and repetitive. They should also have wake up events. They should have roughly equal lines to a normal character.

@@vivil2533 No they shouldn't. They're not normal characters and shouldn't be treated as such. They're support for the new cast to shine, giving them everything the new characters have when the old characters have their games already is dumb.

@@nuibaba280 do you think that them having more lines would somehow make the new characters less relevant, and they are important, the entire plot is about them. So because they talked in a different game they don't deserve to talk in this one? How about if we look at Soren, he didn't have many lines in his original game, especially compared to corrin. Is it purely based on them being in other games, that they shouldn't talk. How does Anna fit into this. Is her being a child enough justification for her to get lines? Does being ghosts trapped in rings not qualify?

When I saw her announced from smash it had me a tad curious as to what was so interesting about her to be among the best of the best of video game characters. Then her game came out, tried all three paths, and then I understood why. Hell it's thanks her, I officially got into Fire Emblem in the first place. Compare to past and future emblems she doesn't stand out much in comparison anymore, but I still value Corrin for bringing me into this life and THAT is a choice I don't regret. 😁

my assumption is that since she is a spirit and cannot turn into a dragon, that 'dragon' inside her no longer exists, so her eyes turn 'back?' into regular human

@@KokichiGrimleal_058 It’s not so much the voice itself I have a problem with, as it fits this version of Anna: It’s the choice of Voice Actress I and a healthy amount of other people have beef with. IDK, it kind of feels like the choice was done to send a message, and it isn’t a pretty one. Personally, I would have picked a different choice, but that’s just me. :/

That is a good point. But I’m sure that Veyle doesn’t know that. That and I don’t think that lore applies to Engage like it does in Marth’s games. Another thing to point out is that the chains on her ankles are meant to keep her from going berserk.
