I don't remember if you did the PIZZA BOAT but I just did it at home. It's amazing! If you like a crunchier pizza, do Chibatta Baguette. It's perfect. Bread, cheese, sauce, cheese, and then the meats. 375 degrees for 25 minutes. PERFECTION EVERYONE SHOULD TRY IT!!
Just a friendly tip, no criticism.. dont use lean beef to make burgers. 15 or 20 percent fat tasted a lot better. If you want to eat something healthy, make a different dish. Most burgers made from lean beef are dry or you need a lot of butter or oil to bake them and that doesnt make it healthier as well. Natural fats are not that unhealthy anyway. I buy my ground beef at a butcher or grind it myself, trust me its worth it.
