I disagree with the map that was based on Maine's system. For one, a lot of blue comes from large cities who largely don't impact states. I assume that it will definitely be closer but the map make needs to look at some of the data, as some of the states should be split differently.

Wallonia is French (although it might be a bit of a variaton of French), and Flanders has it's own version of the Dutch Germanic languages. Flemish (Dutch people call it Vlaams) is pretty different, even though it sounds the same. Flanders would be it's own thing, and not sure how you would settle the borders between the Netherlands and France because of the provinces that speak Flemish and French. And the map forgot alot of things. Friesland (that's how we call it in Dutch) should be independent, i'm pretty sure also parts of Belgium should go to Germany, i think Nedersaskisch (again, how we call it in Dutch) should be independent, i think it's an official language in that part of Germany, but still it's hard to make a map like this, so good job i guess!!! And best grammar awards to me haha
