Mad respect for sticking to your guns Globku. I hope Bandai listens. I want to spend money on the game because I really like it. But as you said, the gacha is so bad that its pretty much impossible to justify spending any money on it
I think the gatcha rolls are what got me out of playing ultra rumble honestly. Changing character tickets to what they are now + getting characters through banners turned me away from playing passed season 2
I don't even understand why we can't even use the character tickets FOR these characters. I accidentally bought an extra back in like s1 in hopes of "maybe I can use the character ticket again in the future" its so stupid how in most gacha like games you can use the rewards from the duplicate items to eventually get what you want
I could get over the whole gacha system when it comes to characters if the damn “pitty points” didn’t reset every damn rotation. It’s either no life the game, spend a ton of money with no guarantee or drop the game.
Every time they add a new character the oldest roll character becomes a character ticket character meaning that while they do become rarer on the banners after they aren’t the focus eventually they will be character ticket characters. (Not justifying the gacha btw I think it’s annoying and bad just explaining since that isn’t explained in game as for as I know)
@@sauce.. I do agree it takes a while and that’s the kinda caveat in what sounds like at the very least a nice back up system for a unnecessary gacha system. I was just explaining it since I feel like they don’t make it clear enough in game
@@iron1332they also made quirky sets not count as characters and they’re releasing 2 quirks sets so far that would’ve pushed aizawa into tickets but that won’t happen bc they don’t count as characters
The gacha system is not unnecessary, the game is free and the developers need an avenue to make money from the game. You may not like it, but if you want this game to keep getting love, you’re either going to have to put up with it, or just wait for the characters to become available free to play.
That guaranteed character summon is basically only for beginners since I have everyone on it but endeavor so of course I got a dupe and just a single emote for characters I don't even play I really don't get why they thought with how much is locked behind this system that limiting it to one rental per day was smart as like you said most people will try him once die immediately and either write off the character as bad or just stop playing there. The old system at least gave you multiple chances to try them out per day so you knew whether or not a character clicked with you since you had multiple games with them under your belt now the characters get one chance to make a first impression and then either you get a crazy game where you dominate and get to see the character at there best or you get jumped and die leaving you not only less likely to summon for them in the future but less likely to summon at all.
I think they wanted to incentivize spending money for the characters rather than waiting for the tickets to refresh and playing the characters for free

Main reason why I stopped playing I just wish they just make the characters purchasable with characters tickets and not loot boxes haven’t pulled a single character since launch
Update I NOW just unlocked the aura for the same prison outfit I unlocked… 2 Times 2 items (outfit and aura ). I can hardly use them tho. I would’ve preferred the character unlock
The game is cool. Still enjoyable. But fuck the horrible Gacha system. I would rather at this point be able to buy the characters i want. Im sick of doing that Roll. I wanna main Twice but no matter how many times i draw I DON'T HAVE HIM. It made me stop playing and its worse with the new Gimped Card system because i wanna try a new character I get stopped 5 minutes in it feel horrible i wasted my time and never had the chance to learn the character
I feel like I'm going crazy cuz I see everyone playing All For One and having a blast, but after getting him after only 3 multi-rolls and playing him all morning, I just think he's kinda whack. Like, his Alpha is basic uncharged, but while Big and VERY powerful when charged, it's so slow and easy to dodge that unless you're blindsiding someone, it's not really useful. His Beta is just Ibara's but worse, cuz I feel like going through Walls is less valuable than how Ibara's bounce off of walls, and his Gamma is interesting, but not enough to salvage the whole kit in my opinion. and the BIGGEST letdown for me was how misleading the lead-up to his release was. they made us think he'd be able to store multiple quirks and switch between them, but instead, he just gets one extra set. which is stuck at the level you got it at and you can't level up. So now I have a character that is just kinda okay, and the only interesting thing about him is that I can play as a different character. But TOGA already does that. even if She can only stay transformed for a limited time, it's A LOT easier for her to get Blood than it is for AFO Steal quirks, and her basic moveset is a lot better since she has spammable projectiles and a braindead beta (not to mention she can use the special action of whoever she steals the blood from). I dunno, I might play more, but so far, he's been REALLY disappointing for me.
Love the game but I stopped playing because the gatcha system is SO trash. Its impossible to get new players and with so many broken characters if you dont have one or two of them at least the game starts to feel super grindy and I just want enjoying it anymore.
The gotcha really isn’t that bad. The problem is when you blow your tickets on things you don’t need. Or in This case, a RU-vidr trying to make content around a gotcha game. Which is really bad idea. Of course you’re gonna be hurting for tickets when you’re trying to pull for EVERY SINGLE CHARTER/QUIRK SET. I have 4,300 tickets saved up. And I’ve only spent around 30$ total on this game since it came out. And I only spend them on banners I want. Most people immediately spend them as soon as they get 100 tickets. Which is not the way to do it.
Yall shouldn't summon until u have 2000 tickets to guarantee characters yall cant have every characters and a lot of ppl complain and dont play the game to grind for the tickets for the characters they want
Here’s the thing tho. If you don’t spend money then it is impossible to always have 2000 tickets for a character if you are not lucky. Sometimes you have to try with what you have especially since this is when the drop rates are the highest. In my experience I have never summoned with more than 2000 tickets because I have never had that many on me. I just save what I can go for who I want.
@@SupaSoldierLegend that not true , event, daily mission, store gems seasonal mission, get you around 1000 -1500, and rank rewards, guid rewards battle pass can get you between 800 -600 gems

To be honest I really don’t have much of a problem with the Gacha system. Ye it’s crummy, but the game is free, the developers have to make money somehow. And if the game isn’t making money, then the developers won’t invest as much in the game, and I really don’t want that to happen! Besides, all characters will be free eventually under the character ticket system, plus the free character multis there releasing now, I really don’t think it’s that bad.
Also, what I think is a problem (and I am ace rank for anybody asking) is that All Might is way too strong. He has a true one-shot combo, the best escape options in the game with special action into beta into gamma and can rescue people. It makes it hard to punish an All Might that made a mistake. If he can get a guarantied escape and rez his teammates when he should have died. In short, he has the damage of a red, the speed of a blue and support of a green character with his special action and gamma. One fix would be to increase the cooldown on his abilities a bit, so escape options aren't as powerful as they are now, or make true damage routes make less damage so you can at lest fight back.
At the very least, it should be impossible to pull a costume for a character before you own the character. That's complete nonsense and discourages real world purchases for the gacha, because you could end up with 5 outfits and no new characters.
The gacha is what it is, but they need to change back to the way free trial tickets for characters were before. 3 games a day with a character you dont have is fair.
Casually, getting not the character of skill set is bad, especially skill set. But what I never hear in these games is the fundamental flaw of this game nowadays, a tier list gacha royale game with barley any protection and moves that can kill you before you even breathe. AFO is technique villain (wow, never seen this before) but the damage he does, he may as well be a dang strike character. Twice can speed blitz you to all hell, if he lands *1* easily auto aimed gamma into a beta with the clone and real twice throwing knives at your flying body. This game flaw Casually is yes the rolls but when a game actively punishes you for getting hit, is to just die. It's hard to convince anyone who doesn't love MHA to even play this game. and i'm speaking from 200+ hours.
If there was a way to flat out buy characters and quirk sets, I would totally spend money. You can keep cosmetics and that stuff in the gacha, but you can't do that for characters, just look at apex legends. You can separately buy characters via the store, and the game still make a metric crap ton of money thanks to the loot boxes. JUST COPY APEX
If they really want people to spend money on this, Here is an idea, Just drop the tickets earn on the premium by 2 tickets at this point. At least then, there is some way for new players to save up but if they want a little nudge, then there we go.
They unironically need to take a page out of Goddess Of Victory: Nikkes book because that’s the only gacha I play that has a very fair system imo. Pity transfers between characters, lots of ways to get tickets, and most importantly, pull rates are higher than most gachas!
@Globku Something you can consider is rerolling on a new account every time something new comes out. It's kind of tough to do so on PC because steam would require you to register new steam accounts (maybe there's a way to reset a steam account). But on console you can make accounts and then delete accounts to make more accounts. You get 100 free tickets after tutorial and if there's an event there's usually "like" missions to farm crystals. probably can get 1 multi each time. So at least for the purpose of content, you can reroll for characters to showcase them then reset the account to reroll for another character later. Still keeping your main account for your own playing.
Afo is so fun to play But the match I have played with him my teammates sold I hate the Gasha in this game bro They should honestly just make the game payed or like make a pass that gives you all the characters instead of having to use the gasha
