Seeing how determined Jinx is in some of these shots, I like to believe that her determination lead to a sacrifice of some sort. Either her sacrificing one of her friends to save another or sacrificing her own sanity so that the others didn't have to.

11:20 Regarding Fiddlesticks, even if he imitates the voice of his victims it does not mean that he will be able to be there indirectly in the series, because he does not only imitate, he knows the fear of every living being otherwise it would mean that for every drama that happened to someone on Runeterra he would have been present so even if Fiddlesticks is very old its seems improbable to me, not to mention that for example Sylas is still alive in the lore but Fiddle calls Lux "Little light" so its confirms that he does not only imitate his victims but that it is in his nature to know the deep fear of people

the cloudy tattos (14:00), could also just be some cosmetic tatto commoon in Zhaun, as Janna is the guardian/patron of the city, right?

There one thing I want to say. In IGN’s description for Arcane, it says something about a “power” that will tear Vi and Jinx apart.

IF jinx eyes are blue before the incident this could point to vi and jynx being sisters aswell since vi also has blue eyes. Ofcourse it a lot of people have blue eyes, but jynx only having bright pink/purple eyes would otherwise make them being siblings more difficult (but not impossible, since we havent seen their parents.)

I dont know if its already mentioned but the "young viktor" in the arcane trailer also has the same backwards hairstyle as normal viktor and more so it is the same as prototype viktor , so it could be a hint at it. He also has brow hair wich in legends of runeterra art matches perfectly the art of viktor.

i think that singed might be behind that purple liquid that we can see , after all he is the mad alchemist living in zaun . We need to point out a detail : warwick remembers jinx ! i thing that she visited singed lab and posibly burned it down and that allowed ww to escape .

The character changing at 0:09 in the newest trailer could be Warwick. Also if the purple energy is of the Void, it makes all the more sense on why Jinx went mad. On another note, if her guns use Brackern Crystals it also means that she is actually talking to the souls of the Bracken, which she thinks are her guns.
