They're official in-game cinematics. The second to last cinematic is actually more like Silent Hill, they are trapped in "Blighted Lands", a plane of nightmares and such, which is how we see visions of Jaina's worst memories. The first memory in that is that of Arthas ordering Culling of Stratholme, his first step on the path of losing his soul and humanity and becoming the Lich King.
Id like to request more of Warcraft cutscenes, very satisfied with this one =) its all cinematics from the game with in game graphics not the CGI but animated into a video all from the game where your journey through the days and weeks and slowly discover all pieces of these videos and story. The next request would be no less amazing BROKEN SHORE Cinematic. Where you can see the fate of the alliance and horde when the burning legion attacked the world, And see what happend to king Wrynn, Anduins father whom you have seen in previous videos
Jaina wanted peace, after Humans, Orcs and NElf fighted against demons together. She did everything to maintain peace. Her father followed her to Kalimdor (where she builded the city state Theramore with the people of lordaeron before they became zombies) and found Orcs (horde that killed his son) so he started a campaign of slaughtering poor orcs that didn't want to fight but stablish a new home in the desert. Jaina agreed with the leader of the Horde Thrall, so she betrayed her dad by giving the horde information about secret passages and retiring her forces so they could punish her dad. Then the time passed and she was... nuked by a retarded orc hungering for power and using the actions of some radical humans to justify his actions. Her whole city was destroyed, the people she considered a family were all killed with that nuke, she only survives because her archmage friend saved her by sacrificing himself. She hates the horde after that event, that's why she wants to destroy everything about it, she sacrificed too much for peace and the horde spitted on her sacrifice.
@Florian got the joke haha, anyways the orcs at durotar were retarded peaceful orcs trying to set up huts and fighting against wildlife like boars and boars and maybe some more boars. Double agent btw.
@Florian Yeah, poor Orcs that only wanted to be left alone. And also, Jaina has only herself to blame for the bombing of Theramore, which was a viable military target, seeing how the Alliance were using Theramore as a base of operations for their war with the Horde in the Barrens.
These cinematics were basically the culmination of nearly 20 years of storytelling (from warcraft 3 in 2001 to battle for azeroth in 2018) So there was a Lot to unpack here
Baby Jaina is so sweet, she is so very riddled with guilt over the death of her father and being branded a traitor by her people, when she controlled Theramore, she wanted to broker a treaty between the alliance and the horde, much to her horror, the treaty did not come to pass, the little girl inside her is tortured and she has been betrayed in love by Arthas, her whole life was tragic, and though I do not agree with some of her actions, I am so glad to see her returned and powerful, please blizzard, do not kill her, just when she finally has a chance of redemption.
Im sure you've figured this out by now. but you're only getting some of the story in these cut scenes. the rest of the details are in the in game quests. For example, in game, Lady Ashvane was conspiring with pirates to overthrow Kul Tiras and become Lord Admiral. You play up to a certain point and then the cut scenes kick in. Right here, the Kul Tiran fleet, which had gone missing (as we learn in game), was returning while Ashvane was trying to attack with her pirate allies, to no avail (as you saw).
Next month the story continues. The Alliance attacks the Troll city of Dazar'alor. Where Jaina battles with the Horde players as she covers the withdrawal of the Alliance fleet.
Long story short, jaina was helping the horde in a weird civil war type matter, and her father thought she was a prisoner so he took his fleet and when the fighting started she said she wouldnt take sides and fighting wasnt the answer. THeres a LOT more to it because her father knew much more than any else thought so she was outcasted as a traitor. this was all like decades ago ish
You are great reactors. React to All Cinematics from the Battle for Lordaeron. There are Jaina, king of the Alliance Anduin and warchief of the Horde Sylvanas. And Horde Broken Shore Cinematic. There are previous king of the Alliance and warchief of the Horde. Also you will see how Sylvanas became warchief.
She summon the Kul Tiran Fleet, the are all dead the get lost years ago. Now the back but the Horde make some shady stuff with there brother im not sure what that means for the future.
Questing adds the missing parts of this story. There are background stories that can be read or also watched on yt to get a full perspective. Great reaction though given what is provided.
