It makes me wonder if this Liu Kang is different than the Liu Kang from the MK10 timeline in regards to Kung Jin. I don’t know whether that response to Kung Jin was due to revenant twisting/influencing to say the least, or meant to be his revenant side, but THAT Liu Kang was rather...incorrect in a manner of speaking regarding to Kung Jin. But if Kung Jin were to appear in 11, it’d be a lot more in character of Liu Kang to be accepting of Kung Jin with open arms, like Kung Lao is.
