I've been doing sports all my life but started Yoga with your videos because I had back pain. Man, this thing is hard but so many new sensations I love it! Thank you for sharing this with us
Flow, thank you, great practise! I really enjoy your videos. Just in case you read this; a potential idea for you to consider: you might have better luck if outlining in the positive rather than negative when outlining for people to subscribe. Studies have proven that people follow other people and hence by reinforcing what others are doing may be more effective. Hence, rather than saying "more than half of you haven't subscribed", you could say "a lot of you have already subscribed, so if you haven't already, please do and join our growing community".
Another amazing class Flo. Rejuvenating session indeed. I could match all your movements including the vajrasana at the end. Pain has reduced a lot during Vajrasana for me which means I’m improving! Thank you so much for these classes🙏
Thank you so much. I started my yoga journey just before COVID, found you guys during COVID. And didn't think I would be able to commit, a couple of years later, here I am, still practicing with you guys. Thank you for such beautiful, clear teaching, Bre and Flo. It's much appreciated.
These videos are always a challenge for me and sometimes I have to adjust the poses or rest in downward dog, but I love the mix of mindfulness and strength!
Love the title, love your classes. Thank you for providing a space for us to remember to be still. And your sequences kick ass. Best yoga teachers on YT. Peace to all you fellow yogis out there ❤
Been doing these practices for a month now and I can touch my toes without bending my knees. Also, my nerve has been healing. Hopefully my spinal straightens to get rid of this pelvic tilt
Thank you Flo for the amazing practice. Very creative flow, short, sweet yet very powerful for mind and body. As always, I feel fortunate to be able to practice. Lots of love, namaste to you and Bre.🥰🙏
Thank u as always....I love how u using similar postures at the moment in your flows...that way we get to practise them and at the same time dont have to watch the same video over and over again
Thank you so much. I love these short videos that you and your wife do. I've been practising yoga for years and now have a lot of holding patterns so I can't do the longer yoga sessions as I used to. I would rather do a short session than nothing at all. Keep up the good work❤
Thanks, Flo, I saw this video just posted this morning and it was fun to be one of the first 1.4K viewers, haha. It's another good one, of course! Sending light and love to you and Breathe and Ilo.
Hi Bre and Flo! I can say I’ve been on the yoga path for almost a month now! Now I am a coffee drinker like you two, and I was just wondering if you could maybe make a video on how you incorporate coffee into your practice and how it helps/doesn’t help!! Lots of love and gratitude ❤

It’s simple, we just have a coffee in the morning but no sooner then 2h after waking up.
Flo, I loved your Beginner's Video which I watched earlier . This one has some different asanas like warrior Three and Wild Thing.. it would be lovely adding these to your stretches like Pyramid and Cow Face to the Beginner's Video. Also love the reminder that breathing through the Nose is the really best way to breathe. Beautiful Pace in both videos . Thank you.😊
I love that there is always a strength involved in your classes! Great way to wake up. Thank you for the moment of meditation at the end of each class, too.
It was amazing practice Flo❤ Thanks a lot for thinking about our inside passengers)) for always beautiful view behind you: this time that geometric lines and incredible light💫 Have a beautiful day everyone🙏
😔.. I was doing so good. 6 months of daily yoga; i was beginning to achieve mindfulness during my yoga practices, then I broke my elbow in an accident. I'm so sad that I can't participate. Thank you two for being such an inspiration.
Heal well! During those times meditation and pranayama becomes more important and in fact helps us deepen our practice. I’m terms of movement long walks is what we recommend 🙏🏽
I wasn't really feeling like it today but I loved this one, it wa just what I needed. Thanks :) I was wondering, do you have any practices dedicated to arms and shoulders? If not, would you consider creating one? Love and light
Thank you! No wrist warm up 😅& that was the first time I have done wild thing pose that way 🤔usually have bent leg on the outside of straight leg?.....regardless still a good flow 🤩
Hi brother saw your sciatica pain video and how u bounced back it was so inspirational. I am 26 year old guy feeling severe Back pain and sciatica on my mri finding l4 l5 levels are 4mm which is less than half of actually how much it should be other than pain I have no issues. Do u think without surgery I can recover if so what was your first few steps. Because I can't even do stretches told by my PT. Little bit worried and trying to find my way out from this
This morning my 3-month old baby woke up with me at 5 am and I thought - no yoga for me today.. But then I found this gem and it was perfect for the occasion 😂 great 15 minutes with baby on the floor next to me
As a follow BJJ practitioner, how is your BJJ going? What difference does yoga make for you in BJJ? Do other practitioners get curious about it or do they stick to additional strength /cardio training?
