On patreon you’d get a very seamless flow for 60+ minutes. It’s so different taking one 60min class or two 30min class because you can build the sequence so differently as the teacher.

Very nice short flow. How often do you and Bri plan on doing 30-50 minute flows? I miss them. Especially the ones you end the video with a breathing exercise. Thank you for being part of my senior life journey.
We’re doing more on patreon and still here but it seems most of our audience likes the under 20 min classes. However in the 30-45min playlist you’ll find tons of classes that length 🙏🏽
Or they find it hard to manage it develop into there day. Like they have children or a job that most of there day is dedicated to, etc. Either way, at least they are practicing! 🙏🏽❤️

Wir konnten uns nicht aussuchen, dass wir am Leben sind. Wir wurden von unseren Eltern dazu gezwungen. Und als weisser CIS hetero Mann ohne sichtbare Behinderung ist so ein Satz leicht gesprochen - du lebst in einer Welt, die von deinesgleichen für dich gemacht ist und musst nicht täglich gegen Ignoranz und Hass aufgrund deines Geschlechts oder deiner Hautfarbe kämpfen. Das erinnert mich an den Spruch meines Opa: " mit vollen Hosen ist leicht stinken" Ich vergönn dir deine Privilegien aber von Herzen! Meine ich ganz ernst. Wollte nur einen Gedankenimpuls setzen. Loved the sequence. Thanks, Flo. You mentioned that we should always jump back to chaturanga and not to plank, but there is actually nothing harmful about jumping to plank! There's an episode on Yoga Meets Movement Science Podcast where they mention this yoga myth. I was also taught this in my yoga teacher trainings, so it was enlightening to learn that there's no scientific backing to it. We do that movement all the time in regular bodyweight workouts, especially HIIT. :)
i love these shorter but still great videos, I struggle with time sometimes with the longer videos being a business owner I work long hours and am always busy plus gym and life. These kinda short but powerful videos are the best for me!!! keep being awesome guys and if you can provide more shorter sessions like this will be amazing thank you!

Hey! Thank you so much. Finished it 3 hours ago. Request you to enable a paid membership on RU-vid where I can access your Patreon videos. Patreon isn't working out well with me because I do it on my TV on RU-vid. Other creators are offering this option. This is much easier as the end user, than to go to Patreon and do the same everytime.
Thanks a lot! 🙏 Do you think it is possible to have a yoga like class targeting the parts of the body not trained much in yoga, like the ones used for pulling? I guess with no accessories it's difficult but maybe there is some way with using extra weights or resistance bands
