These are some things that the new users don't think about. I use the little RYO inline attenuator and attenuverters like quadrat etc. sometimes you can't really get a module to perform without these little fine tunings. I found the BL chaos party to be a good 4hp logic unit.

Yes, critical stuff... just not as sexy as the latest oscillator or FX! I have enough VCAs and attenuators that it's going to be its own episode.

That’s a nice start to your new series. Before you get rid of the XODES AC3 give it a solid try on mid/side processing. That’s a very useful stereo structure if you have any interest in stereo output.

And Michel, the man behind Xodes, also offers a 3U version of the AC3.

Thanks for the feedback, Tracy! I'll definitely spend a little more time with it soon to see if I can get something useful to me. I definitely get some use out of the subtract function as an inverter, so I can see that being used as a control in tandem with an offset to get stereo panning, for sure.

@@allhandsmusic I recommend looking up info on mid/side as a term. It is most commonly used to apply effects to create wet/dry mixes with centered spatial distribution (vs wet in L, dry in R for example.) It’s strictly a dual-channel phenomenon and it’s about voltage addition, not AM.
