There were actually some famous twins from, I believe, Mexico, that were trapeze artists that traveled with a circus. They were often referred to as the wolf Boys, or werewolf brothers, something along those lines. And there were other well documented cases of people with this condition that genuinely looked very similar to the "Wolfman", in the old Lon Chaney films. There have also been instances where a baby was born with very thick, but fine, hair growth all over the body, like shown in the pic, that then fell out shortly after birth.
