The fact that Connor was able to get into Jose’s head that much when he couldn’t even understand what he was saying was more impressive than the fight itself
No … The fight was significantly more impressive … The reality is that Aldo has a soft mind. Not that he’s a poor fighter, just easily excitable. That’s not a because of Conor-it’s Aldo’s handicap. Be precise.
Here’s the best translator. Can read between the lines of the person he’s interpreting. ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-NXNcBw9zKX8.html
Yet Aldo won't learn a world of English to interact with his fans. That's why Aldo never archived high PPV numbers even know he was the best in the world at the time.
And you are narrow minded to insult someone's English on youtube. I could comprehend what he said just fine.. I guess you may have had a little trouble
I don't know if it has a different meaning in Brazil but in Portugal, "otário" would be more like retard than pussy. Like not an actual retard but what you'd call someone dumb as fuck
To witness Mcgregors rise and the build up to this fights with the outcome is something I don't think I'll witness in my life time again. Truly special!
Evan Woodske It's clear that you're no fucking genius. If you weren't a clueless dolt and had a semblance of reading comprehension and critical thinking ability, you'd understand that Conor's a 'genius' for getting into Aldo's head _before_ the fight.....winning the fight didn't make him a genius. Doofus.
+Evan Woodske if he lost the fight, all the fair weather bandwagon jumpers would turn on him, make memes, and endlessly go on about how much he sucks, how he is a bully, and how they "knew" he would fail. In other words, the internet would just be the internet. I'm pretty sure Alex Korova would have lead the pack as one of those bandwagon jumpers, but as it is, Connor won, so now he's a "genius".
Mrwolfguydude i don't think so dude it's also for the promotion of the fights and she knows it , they were already a couple when he was fighting low class underground fights
I swear bro, Conor impro, charisma, trash talk are second to none in all combat sports combined, this guy at his prime was so incredible to watch, he looked like he was invincible
khabib sent a 2 year lay off washed up Conor back to Earth*@@transumania if Khabib wasnt a pussy and actually accepted Conors multiple requests to rematch, I can assure you Conor would have dominated. Similar to how Khabib pulled out and dodged Tony multiple times.
This man in the mid 2010s was absolutely the face of the game and hungry, part of me wishes he never fought Floyd, he was never as hungry after that again.
Aldo probably didn’t enjoy this, but after he lost must have been one of the darkest times of his life. Lost his belt, his winning streak, and lost to who ridiculed him. Poor Aldo man he had an amazing career but he will only be remembered for this among most fans
Man, I don't think I've felt so bad for a fighter. Aldo was the 145 undisputed goat at that time. And Conor just completely ridiculed him in every way possible, then beat him in embarrassing fashion. Aldo is still a 145 great, but Conor really took a lot from him.
Fuck I hate Conours act. Lol EDIT: must've been having a bad day or Out of my mind like a child so ignore that 🤣🤦🏽♂️ Conor did it fair and mf sqaure , almost ended my boy Aldo's career and even fought one of my other fav fighters Nate diaz
Jose looked miserable at every press conference. He looks like a victim of torture. I know this gave him PTSD. You know it's bad when the staff of UFC, media and translators go along with the jokes.
@@94BruceLee have you watched the fight? after he beat aldo he had nice words for him face to face and after the fight he even said publicly that aldo was a legend and he would have loved to fight more with him, because he was worthy of that... i mean if there is anything you can flag conor for, its definitely not his sportsmanship - hes always humble in victory and never kicks down on his opponent
@@chabosmulm It's really fucking easy to be gracious to an opponent after you've had a fistfight with them, especially after you won. That action by fighters is so overrated by the media. It doesn't show character or anything, it just shows basic humanity which should be the standard and not celebrated, yes even for scrumbag celebrities
@@darfoz8807 he's still gracious in defeat; look at after khabib and porier. Conor is volatile as a person so this isnt an entire façade but he's still a good sportsman and understands that the ufc is a business. Not defending his dodgy actions tho
@@idk-db6jt I don't know man I just personally like to place celebrities and regular blokes on the same pedestal. With regular adults, is the STANDARD being graceful or at least respectful in defeat, or is it being a sore loser? This stuff is taught at a very young age
Watching all of this all the way up to the fight he 100% got in his head like ive never seen before to watch someone beat someone down mentally like that was insane he won before they even fought 😳
by making aldo scared and angry, so he put way too much energy in hos first punch, so mcgregor knocked him out. If he had stuck to his regular tactics of low kicking the shit of his opponent, hemight have had a chance
Factology (New Video Every Day) Wtf is wrong with you? Do you know what he meant with that? He meant that Conors mental game before the match was so strong that Aldo was clearly upset and distracted from his game plan when the fight started. Thats called getting under the skin of your opponent. If Aldo couldve kept his head cool he wouldve got better chance.
Matthew Reid did you see how fucking big and strong aldo looked in his recent fight against edgar? he looked amazing he's going to kick conors ass he's hungry for revenge
I honestly believe Jose had nightmares that he got slumped like every where he walked he saw Mcgregor even at home and Aldo’s nightmare came true. I honestly believe that happened Conor was taking over his life building up to the fight with the interviews and being around each other I know he thought about him 24/7 then it happened
Conor to Aldo: bullying him, grabbing his belt, touching him from behind, destroying him mentally, (in the fight) beating him easily Conor to Khabib: attacking the bus with a gang, and then running like a coward, insulting his family and religion, (in the fight) getting destroyed by Khabib, making the excuse "it's only business", destroyed mentally and humbled for almost 3 years
Mohit Singh Conor wernt given long enough his aldo fight was a 3 month world tour then aldo pulled out due to injury it was re-booked then another 3 months of mental obliteration Conor literally tortured this man psychologically for 6 months straight Aldo was mentally broke after only 2 months in to build up so the rest of the 4 months was overkill the poor man suffered tremendously. I think a 3 month world tour with khabib would of broke khabib Conor would of been relentless why do you think khabib don’t wanna fight Conor again knowing that he can beat him? Lol he does not want to be tortured mentally like that again
@@troyknight8047 Connor can't beat khabib, khabib doesn't want to fight because that's exactly what mctappy wants, if you don't like somebody why give them what they want?
Black Storks he had a 2 year lay off after enjoying that 100 million partying drinking cocaine, apparently he was drinking in camp whilst preparing for khabib and still lasted 4 rounds look back at the fight his timing wasn’t there anymore. A focused Conor would win
Actually mcgregor is using mayweather's blueprint way back when floyd is marketing himself.. Talking shit and trashtalk.. But mayweather went up to other division and still became victorous.. This guy is just a hype
are you dumb or you cant read?? did I say in my statement that mayweather invented trash talk?? the comment above that I have commented is about mayweather and mcgregor.. ali is not in the picture.. you stfu!!
+Fifa Trainer when u rip/split a picture of your opponent u r focused on Aldo or audience ? When you steal a belt from aldo's table u r focused on your opponent Aldo or on Humiliate ?? (or both)
noch einer All that is so he can support his family once he retires from the sport. He could care less about who's name or face it is. You can't have emotion in this game or Ronda vs Holly happens to you.
Conor McGregor got to Jose Aldo’s head, psychological warfare 💯 Man that KO of Jose Aldo by Conor McGregor was crazy!! 13 seconds! I was expecting a 25 minute war, I remember screaming out loud! What a moment!!! 😊 Conor McGregor the icon! The excitement he creates for his fights is next level, from the press conference to the event, his star power and charisma is unmatched, a true global superstar. He truly changed the sport of MMA, helped it grow into a global phenomenon, only one Notorious Conor McGregor 👏👏👏
All of my favorite fighters have devastating losses. Their responses to them is what made them my favorite. Ali, Hagler, Hearns, LaMotta, Sweet Pea Whittaker, Gatti, for boxing. Rampage, Fedor, Nick Diaz, Crocop, Silva for MMA. Sonnen gets a special mention for what I call the Ric Flair factor. Same goes for Ali.
BronzeBullBalls dunno, i think the words he said was nothing to aldo, he didn't knew what mcgregor said 90% of the time. i think that insane behavior, humor and confidence killed him.
2:19 when the cameras are "off" it seems like they are actually understanding of each other and that it's just an act they put on for the crowd. They're both smiling; they know it's joking. But at the same time they are saying "i'm gonna win and you're gonna lose"
The way Conor put his feet on the table, knowing full well that would make Jose copy him and leave an opening to grab his belt, was brilliant. Then he just held it up and left Jose flailing to get it like a big brother holding his little brother's toy out of reach
+Dan B -So you Feel sorry for her getting fucked by Conor? :P ... do you realize there are virtually no women who wouldn't get fucked by him... what's wrong with you?
insulted the man for over a year, told the him exactly how he was going to beat him and then went out and set a record for the fastest title winning ko. aldo's entire career forgotten and he'll only be remembered for this. brutal.
+Nick R isn't this all surreal? They are calling Aldo "small Brazilian". How can the CHAMPION OF THE WORLD be small???????????? So we can give names to Conor: "the little , uneasy and very red hairy spot from Ireland"...lol....put the adjetives in the correct order and you win 1.000.000.000
+Damien Darlington welcome to my world, Propaganda & Marketing World...But wait.... I don't remember we had classes of self promotion in the University. What doesn't mean it is not valid. We, all of us, are always looking for subtle forms to self Promoting ... but They are overdoing it .... it's funny but so stressing....
@@DR.199 khabib will never surpass Conor in terms of fame, success, and impact on the game. Khabib is obviously the superior fighter overall but he ain’t Conor’s daddy. Conor’s a legend, regardless of who won that fight.
This event and ones like it are taken for granted. We are witnessing a man with the highest level of confidence, and a man who backed it up in brutal fashion. I don’t know.
+cp three Conor is a really good fighter that doesn't give up even in the direst of situations. He's got the mental game on point. Beating his opponents before the fights even begin. He talks the talk and UFC loves it but he can also walk the walk.
I dont get it, Aldo fought and won million times, and that makes you feel like some unbeatable gangster, and then a few words from Conor threw him off his element. Unbelievable.
@@rumalf18 Aldo is emotional fighter, that's why. Conor tried that shit with Khabib too, but Khabib's mentality is different, the man was 100% sure he could maul Conor to death
After watching this all compiled into one video, I feel for Aldo, in a foreign country with all this shit going on with a translator that just couldn't keep up with everything... Im glad Conner got his win, everyone deserves their chance, but if he won without all the digs at Aldo, I would have more an appreciation for it.. However I do see the entertainment side of it, the marketing, the hype, the whole "any publicity is good publicity" and how intimidation can have a huge impact on a fight...and I find myself in no mans land with regards it all... I wish I could write and say great fight Aldo, but I cant, he got caught, tagged, robbed of his chance at showing why he is one of the greats, why he has a defended his 10 year undefeated record for so long... Im by no means taking away anything from Mc gregors skills, but cant help feel bad for Aldo and all the disrespect he was subjected to by not only conner but the crowd also.. A 10 year humble champ that put on display after display of great martial arts skills throughout the years getting booed is somewhat unsettling..
I feel for Aldo too. Even Conor feels for Aldo. He said that he wish the fight lasted longer than it did, as it's what the great former champion deserves.
+EyeAmBatman good comment.... I honestly believe that conor got inside Aldo's head in a big way .......... Aldo looked extremely nervous and stiff in the fight and got punished for it. 10 years as one the greatest of all time deserves a rematch ........... and soon. looking forward to a hell of a battle!
The irony of the favela line is that Ireland didn't colonize any part of the New World, and Aldo is more related to the conquistadores than McGregor is
