Metro 12 has been shelved at this moment. Metro 9 Dahisar to Mira Bhayander will start around the end of 2024. Metro 6 has been postponed till 2025 due to Car Shed Delay. Metro 3 will partially open after January 2024. Metro 2B was suppose to open partially before election in May 2024 but considering the increased the length recently,looks difficult. All in all not a single line will open fully in 2024.

(4:20) NOTE for Line 4: Confirmed News Update few days back: MMRDA has removed Amar Mahal Metro station from Green Line (Mumbai Metro Line 4) stating there is NO space to build the metro station between the multiple bridges and traffic junction in Amar Mahal (Chembur). Another metro station has also been removed from Green Line, reducing total stations to 30, (2 less stations than before which was 32). MMRDA said it was a cost cutting measure.

It would be better to explain it using a map. Easier to get grasp of overall coverage of metro network.
