I had a laugh when I saw you using an actual input shaft to align the Clutch plates ..I've been doing that for 2 decades, lol ...And the Sequential Gearbox build was quite a contrast to what I've seen on the other guys channel ....you know the boiz I'm talking about ;-)
I believe Kyle had problems with the nuts on the gear stacks or selector inside the transmission but same concept. I was thinking of messaging him on instagram just to remind him

Nice job with the transmission! That rear mount tube should've needed plates between the tube ends and the frame rails. The difference between the material thicknesses causes the tube ripping off the welds. Horizontally mounted 2"x4" plate bolted from the corners and glued with panel glue to the frame would've been a lot stronger, and also easier to remove if needed.
@@402motorsports4 Well, that remains to be seen.. The subframe has pushings and bolts, and the supports from the tube to the subframe is probably going to be solid bolted and welded. So those end welds are the only hard mount to the frame. most of the vibration and tug the engine creates when rocking @ launch will go to those welds.
Phong do what kyle did to his quaife just to be safe.thats a very exspensive transmission last thing you need is one of those bolts to rattle back out and cause a big head ache
