I don’t know if anybody from Ally team actually reads these comments. But I just want to say that my 68-year-old husband watches this song on RU-vid every single day. sometimes multiple times a day. He absolutely loves it. In Walmart today somebody and aisle over very loudly, said Texas. My husband looked at me and grinned and yelled Louisiana. It was hilarious. We live in Louisiana close to the Texas border. We like to joke. We’re almost Texans. edit: just saw you’ll be in shreveport in June. gonna try to save for tickets. Hopefully we can fit it into our budget.
😂❤i love buddy ! But let me tell you my friend, Ally rocked my lead...i'm no freak. But i fell in love...as a life long string man...i so want more of that seamless collaberation ! I'm right beside you on that one
Music for the heart and soul, a perfect blend of traditional and modern, a guitarist's blues journey through Texas and Louisiana, an emotional overdose. In 3 minutes, the legendary Buddy and the adorable Ally present all the beauty of music, the feeling called blues. Divine!❤
Can't get enough of this! I love that shot at 2:26 of Ally in the sound booth just vibing to Buddy's vocals. Great job by the veteran and the new generation!
Man, that song SMOKES!!! Great to see young folk playing the Blues with masters such as Buddy Guy. We love you Buddy!!! Here's what I like about the song: old school, simple, catchy, loud, and best of all, like all great blues songs: the melodic signature is done in the first bars, in the intro. A few seconds in, and YOU KNOW WHAT SONG THIS IS!!! Good job, young lady! Buddy, you are the man!
Buddy is a national treasure! Can still play and sing the Blues like he's 40 years younger than he actually is. God bless you Buddy and hope to catch you a time in Chicago at Legends when I can get back there!!
There are a lot of songs on RU-vid and many--if not most--are just okay. I'll listen for a minute and jump to something else but this song! Wow! This is a keeper!
Congrats ! You guys did an awesome job playing these blues together ! You brought such a big smile on my music lover's face ! Ally, Buddy, thank you soooo much ! Keep on recording performances like this one !
I never heard of this young lady but hell she has a awesome voice and plays a mean guitar and the old Maestro just blended in so good with Ally’s singing great song too great sound.
The way I think about it is that any time there's a connection across generations with some positive going on, it's an enormous victory for this country. could say across races and genders also. Just an all-around great song.
I met Ally in Wichita, KS last night at the Wave venue! Eric and Ladonna Gales and the band were amazing! Rob Mayfield thanks for treating me like a VIP! I hope to book Ally and Eric at my Jesus Jamboree 2023 if God is willing to bring them back to Kansas!
Scrolling thru here listening to Chuck Berry and Boom out comes out our little darling Ally Playing with one of the Greatest musicians ever ..You Go Beautiful..
Ally has made it! Getting to pair up with the great Buddy Guy is well deserved❤️. Been watching & listening to Ally for a couple years & have felt from the beginning she had the stuff!!
ally just keeps getting better and better with everything she is putting out, and buddy there isn't much good things you can say about the man that has done so much to keep the blues alive and the way that he has helped some of the young ones getting their start
Texas louisiana! very good moment music mad in USA, ALLY with mr BUDDY GUY ,the master from blues very good fusion .respect jackyfan👍👉💖 exchanges vocals into BUDDY ALLY true good job.
Ol' Buddy is still kicking my ass! Producer Tom H. is bringing out the best in this talented man. Bringing up the new talent. What a share. Live on. Rock on. This girl sounds just like Bonnie.
Hello Ally I am Greek and since I understood my self I love and play this music despite the difficulties . God when you play with Buddy Gay or mention the legend Steve Ray. Thank you.❤❤❤❤
This GUY, taught Hendricks and Stevie how to really play ..and Chuck Berry taught guy some licks. Chuck was the GUY that started all this I still hear chucks licks in songs today.
So True. Fortunate to have seen him play live four times in the past 30 years, including his 86th birthday. An incredible talent and force of positive energy. A "living legend" is a phrase that just scratches the surface.
