A short video dedicated to my buddy Peter, to all that enjoy being alone from time to time and of course to those whom we leave behind. We came across this hunters/horse riding camp hidden if the forest last year and used it as our base camp for the second half of our trip. Me hunting for light, Peter for wildlife, in the end we both met in our camp "enjoying" our freeze dried/instant noodle meals ... o yeah, light was awesome, the scenery its usual best.
Disclaimer: Use of the drone was strictly for filming purposes, the drone was not used in any way to assist Peter with hunting or to locate the wildlife. I myself am not a big fan of hunting to say the least.
Coquihalla Mountain is an extinct stratovolcano in The Bedded Range which is a mountain range in the Hozameen Range subdivision of the Canadian Cascades, southwestern British Columbia, Canada. There are plenty of hiking opportunities in the area, Jim Kelly peak, Illal mountain and meadows or Needle peak and the Flatiron just to name a few, it offers great views of Yak peak and Nak peaks not far in the distance.
