Hi @RNG-Gamez, as a tip for value, try to put the first 12 different cards in the loader to match the 12 sets you think you have the most in your bulk pile! The machine will do the most of the work and you will have less to sort manually!

I’m currently leasing a ROCA for my Yugioh business with 1 million cards to go through, and I’m always buying more. Considering going into the MAX next, and then the Phyzbatch. Thoughts? I’m a one man operation and sleep near the machine, so the 2hr run is messing with my sleep since I always know I’m missing time when it stops. So the 6hr run time of the Max is tempting.

9:23 the cards you show are 2 from 2023, and 1 with no border text. no border is always overflow so it looks like you can fit 12 sets make sure the software is scanning using set text, not year. (your footage suggests the machine's program is prioritizing the year listed on the card, rather than the set number)

Instead of sorting by set, why not just filter for everything over a dollar? Then sort that remaining batch alphabetically and list it. That way you peel the best cards off and still have amazing bulk to resell

How fast does it sort?

Wouldn’t your fees be closer to 50% considering the 50% tcg direct fees for cards under $3? I know there’s some higher dollar stuff there but does that really push the fees down that much?

Kinda off topic noob question, but how do you upload pictures on TCGplayer for new card listings? I was copy/pasting google images for each card I was listing, and TCGPlayer told me my picture was the wrong size, can anybody clue me in on what I should do?

You removed the buy price and selling fees for the bulk to come to $280, now how do you factor in the costs for the 2 sorting machines. Do they have a monthly fee?

I think I was the first one to suggest that ROCA put in an option to sort using set as a constraint for better recognition. I was recounting my entire million card inventory, and I kept getting M10 cards recognized as some other core set. I didn't even know they published the update. Haha

Felt painful to watch that with no payoff of cards that were won.

Do you list those 15cent cards on direct?
