what dates of October do you recommend going? for someone who loves fall colors! :)

Every year is different. But generally the end of September to mid October.

My wife and I did this last week. Such a pretty drive. We live in Payson and do the Nebo loop as often as we can

Yes some years are better than others on this drive for whatever reasons.

I am really scared of shear cliffs with no guardrail. Do you think I could make this drive ?
