I just watched Cheri O's SNL audition and this was one of the characters she played. She played it even better in this skit. Genius comedy.

Chevy is not my favourite guy, but his deadpan aggressiveness was funny here. Also, great final line: "Yes. I know. Let's go."

Can't believe Cheri oteri basically faded away from the acting scene. Always thought she could've carried a sitcom. Maybe in the tgif vein. Or even a supporting rope, like a big cast type of show. Think she would've worked in an office type show as well. Thinkin she would've taken to the testimonials comfortably

I think she was ahead of her time on SNL. If she would have started around 2005 she would have become a megahit.

Same. Think a lot of ppl felt that way. The show spiraled down when she left IMO. I think a lot of women end up marrying & having kids which interferes with career (sadly, as the bulk of childcare/housework still falls on us). But she DEF had at least as much talent as Will & often outshone him in skits. Sexist ass industry. 😢 Glad to see she's active on social media and doing gigs again though.

It’s a joke of how spastic the kids were during the 90’s, too much sugar and not enough attention span. That was a new concept with children then, nowadays it’s completely normal.
