My grandfather bought a land in Hyderabad which was outskirts at that time. Now we broke the old house and built a new house. Now we cannot even afford the plot as it costs 10cr+ only for the land.

Nice introductory video ! Would be great if after covering timeless properties, we could also consider including timeless locations. Would give enough bandwidth for every user to buy some or the other property in or near that location. Would be a feel good factor for the user. Just a thought !

Gud one sir...but I am nt sure if property in gurgaon can be timeless...becz timeless is such a statement whr the people n world around declare something that is very difficult to replicate...mumbai studio that was sold had such background of d person n plus the scarcity of land in mumbai makes it altogether a different real estate market of India which is difficult to compare wid any other state of India...so I don't think property in gurgaon can be timeless...but wud be eager to knw which all properties u hav on ur radar ....otherwise a gud video

My son working with a global corporate company started finding out a property for residential purpose in low-rise flat set up near Golf Course extension built by Emaar as in his estimations that would be an address with a difference or according to you a timeless property. I’m confused between buying a home at Jaypee Wish Town Noida which is surrounded by lush green parks and golf and is close to Delhi and another one is an ATS project with Mi1 construction with future proposed golf but located 20 kms further away towards Greater Noida (Noida sector 150 - sports city ).
Identified an apartment which launched recently. Mivan construction. 3 other apartment around it is completing in same time frame with conventional RCC structure. Bang on highway which goes to city center, 15 km from city center. Metro in 4 km also on same Highway with last mile bus connectivity. Surrounding 2 sq km has not much open space from many new projects. 10% higher cost compared to others. Meets all criteria Sir mentioned.
Omaxe chandni chowk is a big hype.......even today company is selling new units and last year they said its 100% sold. All Virtual and price 135000 per sq feet
Omaxe chandni chowk is overpriced and the location is out side main chandni chowk, it is just a parking space , And main reason is only middle class people come to chandni chowk for low prices of goods . And about food court Whole chandni chowk (delhi 6 ) Itself is a food court with their own legacy and taste . People come for authentic old street food from particular shop . No way a mall can run in this area!!

Usually Customers try Atleast 3 -4 shops and then make a purchase (decision is Based on lesser price offered) Moreover people come to chandani chowk for street feel to buy desi stuff, if they want to go to a mall Who would choose chandni chowk ? Also all brands are available at CP nearby Haldiram in chandani chowk is very old and , but most people try lotun ke kulche , natraj ke bhalle , parathe wali gali , jalebi wala , Karim's and aljawar list is endless . And trust me you cannot enjoy that taste in any food court with ac or other facilities . But yes it will be great place to hangout , by that I mean only hangout(as railway station is nearby I'll be a great waiting zone ) Rest chandni chowk ki apni ek feel/ pehchaan hai jo ki Mall me kabhi nahi aa sakti There is no need for more commercial in already biggest Commercial market There is separate Specific market for each product in Chandni chowk for eg for wedding jewellery Dariba kalan/ kucha mahajani , for lehenga nai Sarak , wedding card chawri bazaar , medicines electronics at bhagirath palace and may more . I wonder how a mall can match this and provide lesser price? Also there are many shops available for sale/rent in these street markets , where there is great footfall already . Registry bhi hoti hai in shops Ki ( yes I agree layout and infra is bad) This mall is just a Parking , which will serve shopkeepers , customers , residents to park their vehicles. Nothing more than that . Also this mall needs to create its own footfall because nobody is entering chandani chowk from that side as of now. My shop is in chawri bazaar only since1965(business of wedding cards) and may it be anyone high class or middle class segment everyone behaves same , they all wanna save money in markets like chandni chowk.
