Love your pilates workouts. I do pilates for my hypermobility syndrome which causes me a lot of pain. Your workouts are always so relaxing because of the way you speak and move. It feels likes my soul calms down after your workout. Thank you ♡

Hello Hannah!!! I love that kind of Pilates workouts, because the exercises are so easy and effective too! I know that I prefer to do one hour but it was really amazing after doing that session because I didn't see the time flowing so fast!
