Amazing workout. Hannah you have become part of my every day. I have to admit that during this workout I couldn't help but look at that cute dog!! Wanted to reach through the tv and hug him! So adorable... those eyes lol

Hi Kasmira! That's cuttie is Bur, which means avocado in Vietnamese, and he's just as sweet as he looks. His favorites things are playing chew with a small rope, cuddling on a chest and eating yogurt.

My friend told me about the 21 days of bloom and I decided to try because and I loved so so much, when I finished I decided to challenge myself with this 90 days and I'm loving it♡ It's the only workout I could do every day and enjoy every part. Thank you hannah, I feel much healthy♡

done done n done ... last 3 mins of exercise vid i changed to planks with criss cross n mountain climbing etc .... it was so good... i could hold a high plank for 45 sec thats a record for me....

Please, have been staying away from prenatal and postnatal on the channel, as many woman have a couple of unique stages and so cannot give general advise.
