Hello! We had a crowd over for drinks and dinner this weekend. Followed your recipe and everyone Raved over dinner. We did Brussel sprouts on the blackstone for side and was great. Thanks for posting. Best to you all from FL.

Thank you! I’ll be making these tomorrow. I had kinda envisioned what you did, but you helped seal the deal. And I love the garlic bread trick.

Came across your pros and cons video which was very helpful, and started watching some of the others. One of my wife's favorite dishes is chicken parm, and this looks easy enough to do. Thanks!

Very good job and great idea. Nice to have several people working together, that way when something goes wrong you have someone to blame it on. Keep up the good work.

LOL, Chris and I agree, We generally blame Jeff weather it is his fault or not! In all seriousness this is the easiest way to make chicken parm. No messy oil splatter in the kitchen and you can get a boatload cooked quickly. OH hey, the fresh mozzarella didn't really melt. We would either skip it next time or plan to put it under the broiler for a min or so. thanks for the comment!

Glad you gave this a shot James and congratulations on the new griddle. Its nice to at least keep some of the mess outside with cooking. This is a good example where you don't have that fried food smell for 24 hours throughout the house. Ty-J

I found using a gallon size freezer baggie works great for pounding chicken. Can take a lot of beating and keeps the counter or cutting board clean. Just hold the open end down with one hand and hammer away with the other.

Hi Chris, doing parm is awesome cuz you can do so much of it at once. I actually served it to a party of 60 attendees. I pounded out a bunch of breast, breaded it all at once, cooked it on the griddle, then layered it into chaffing size pans with sauce and mozzarella. When I got to the party, rewarmed it in the oven and dropped it into a steam table on the buffet. Everyone loved it and it literally took me less than an hour to make. Cook on bud and thanks for watching! -n

Another good job guys - taking one for the team in 30 degree weather ! A couple of quick comments. You can using a rolling pin to flatten the fillets, which will not damage the protein fibers, and you also may want to season the bread crumbs with actual Parmigian cheese, and mix some in with the Mozzarella as well (no proper chef would ever put Chicken Parmesan on a menu that didn’t contain any Parmesan cheese).

Hi Todd. Funny u mention the half pan. I noticed on a different video we were doing that the closer to the food the dome is the better it works so I agree with your thought. I plan to test it out soon. The full size aluminum pans seem to take a while to melt stuff. Keep cooking bud and thanks for the comment! :D
