Both men with such different voices, but with such amazing talent. Wish I'd seen them live before their passing. I will always listen to their wonderful music and their unforgettable voices. They were legends!
My birthday today. Had a wonderful 55th birthday lunch at my parents. What wonderful music to listen to while looking out the window at rain coming down after a very hot spell here in South Africa. God bless Africa and all the wonderful people on this beautiful continent.
I've always liked BJ Thomas he's a great singer. I feel that he was very underrated but if you just listen to that you have to say wow what a beautiful voice
"Amazing Grace" is my favorite gospel song, and I can't find anyone who can sing this song like BJ Thomas can. His voice is smooth, soothing and just beautiful.
You prolly dont give a shit but does anybody know a way to get back into an Instagram account?? I was dumb forgot the password. I appreciate any tips you can give me!
@Rey Davian Thanks for your reply. I found the site thru google and im in the hacking process atm. I see it takes quite some time so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
What an epic ending to a concert. Both of the greatest singers singing together the ever green 'Amazing Grace'. Sing it for the Lord in Heaven, B.J. Thomas. Has anyone ever heard artists wish the audience ' God Bless", these days.? These days all kinds of trash is put out as songs.
It was written by John Newton, who was a former slave ship captain. It has its folksey sound, due to the music that was written for it, called Crimond. A lot of people think Newton was a Scotsman, when in fact, he was born in Oxfordshire. He left the slave trade, and befriended William Wilberforce, an abolishonist, and parliamentarian, from Hull. The rest is history.
thank you for posting this special, special duet! as they've both known God's amazing grace, how well they sing about it....all who have been redeemed by God's amazing grace can and should sing about it...
