Good morning Tatyana.....🌞 🍋I LOVE lemon desserts, I just love them! 🍋 This Lemon Mousse Cake is definitely a lovely-lemony-luscious dessert....a "must have" kind of dessert. I will admit that I need to improve on my lemon curd making, but I am getting better at it. The store bought jar stuff just doesn't cut it for me anymore. As soon as I'm able to restock my pantry I'm going to give this cake a go. Have a good day Tatyana & be well! 🌻

@@angiestojanovski1463 You're very welcome! I recommend keeping the cake refrigerated for as long as possible prior to serving it. It will keep at room temperature for about 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

I'm not sure if it would hold up well as a two tier cake. The mousse isn't very sturdy. Maybe as the second/top tier of the cake?

I'm sure you get requests all of the time but I had a lemon raspberry chiffon cake and I'd never had it before. It had layers of lemon and mousse as well as a couple of thin layers of light spongy cake. I haven't had it since and I have looked high and low for a recipe. Your channel is amazing. Do you think someday this may be a recipe you could recreate?

Look beautiful, just one question tatyana last time I make my lemon curb I follow step by step u receipt but taste so much like eggs and smell so much like egg I add more vanilla but still how usually taste 😅 your lemon curb or smell I don't know maybe was me thank you..

Hi! So sorry the lemon curd didn't work well for you! Try whisking the eggs and sugar for longer and use cheap, store-bought eggs. They tend to have less flavor!

Yes, you can absolutely use agar gelatin instead of regular gelatin. You'll probably need about 2 teaspoons

The only other ingredient that can replace gelatin is agar. It's a seaweed-based gelatin. You will need some type of gelatin to set the cake; the recipe will not work without it.

Koshernaya I think, possibly, because everyone is doing that nowadays and perhaps chefs want to “prove” that it really is delicious to the viewer. How is it disgusting, though? She kept her mouth closed while she chewed the cake and did not talk while she was chewing. 🤔
