Growing up and living most of my life in land locked central PA, lobster was not found in our family meal options. I found this to be one of the most interesting of your videos. I'm in my 70s and I've been cooking since I was a child, but lately with a combination of COVID, health issues,and only my husband and I to cook for, I've gotten into a rut. Your videos resparked my interest in cooking. My favorite thing now is to take a look at my favorite Chinese meals and thanks to your help, I now have a "can do" attitude. Your foods are amazing, but it's your personality that shows through and makes you different from the rest. Also as a retired teacher, I especially like your explanations., the "whys" of the process.

Hi John. Your biscuit and cookie recipes have blown all of the others out of the water. I have king crab legs in the freezer and didn't have a clue what to do with them until now. I love crab, you have no idea how much but I'm trusting them to your recipes. Thank you for sharing so many good recipes with consistent results. That's the highest compliment in my book.

Great recipe!!! I have a rolling pin that is special for ravioli, but you only use it at the end, it is divided into squares and marks the ravioli, then you cut them around with the wheel. I love your videos!!

Do you know the feijoada? It is a typical dish from here in Brazil, it is made with black beans, paio sausage, calabressa sausage and pork ribs. It's delicious.
